You need at least software version of R12.3 to have the Web GUI feature. I can share you my installer for the IP SoftPhone.

Yes you can but that depends if your hardware can support the latest version. You probably need to contact your vendor and ask for system requirements to upgrade and more details.

Hi, did you mean so that it can be called from outside? I don’t have video for that but that is managed under DID Numbering Translator. Basically, the carrier will provide you a number range then program the last 4 digits as your local extension then create a DID translator rules. Hope that helps.

Try accessing it through telnet and try the default username and password, I hope it wasn’t changed.
