Definitely recommend:) especially since it's free on Plex! They do have some ads, but I don't find there's to be too obnoxious for a free movie website. Their website/app does run a bit clunky sometimes though lol
I love Halloweentown although it’s been years since I watched any of the movies. Looks like fun. I don’t understand the Sag part of what character you were referring to. I looked up Cillian Murphy‘s film credits and didn’t find it. Oh well. You really resembled him at the end of your video. I saw the resemblance! The contracts were cool!
No worries! :) I was being rather vague haha. For my original plan, I was going to do Cillian in the Christopher Nolan movie that came out this year based on the atomic bomb where he also wears a brown suit if that helps narrow it down! Honestly I find the SAG rule a little extreme for Halloween. I actually thrifted everything for the original costume so I wasn't supporting Warner Bros, but ah well. Rules are rules haha :) Totally recommend the movie I went as instead, The Wind that Shakes the Barley! It won a ton of awards at film festivals! I personally never learned any of Ireland's history in school so it was interesting and sad to learn about some of the events through this movie! Ahh yay! I'm glad you saw the resemblance :)

I completely support the strikes and unions, but that particular SAG guideline seems a bit strange. My husband and I were just in Portland and Hillsboro last week and chose not to go to St. Helen's because the actual activities seemed like they were for younger kids and the tickets are so expensive! It seems like you two had fun, though!

If they didn't have that 25th anniversary panel, I don't think I would have gone. I cut out a tangent at the end of my video for time and I said the same things you wrote here! It's so expensive and a lot of activities are geared towards kids. I think it's fun to go at least once if someone grew up with the movies, but there's not a lot to do for adults and it feels more like a place people go for Instagram pictures. I want to support tourism in St. Helen's, OR, but I would like them to put some extra effort into the Halloweentown experience. 🥺
I would like to go there one day I'm still lacking 12 states on the west coast. You did a good job on the costume but it's too bad the actors guild messed everything up for people. I don't get what the big deal is about dressing up that's the whole point of the season.
