So glad you covered this one specifically. Was looking at it versus the tan and on the website didn't see a tail gun on this but did the tan. Also like others said appreciate you trying other lines in it as I would likely use this for GI Joe. You said you felt silly for showing features others may already have covered. But as you're the toy reviewer I tend to trust the most, I am fine with you covering it and like that you do.
D...thanks for the very detailed and informative review. You always knock all of your reviews out of the park and I was really hoping you would get this vehicle to review it. Amazing work and the pictures are just out of this world. Really shows off the texture and the detail on this model. I went and checked it out, and I can't believe how inexpensive it is, especially when compared to other 1/12 scale vehicles. Killer review, Brother! Keep up the fantastic work!!!
I love this thing! Just got mine today and spent an hour just loading the vehicle with armed figures with gun effects. I am so excited about Valaverse's upcoming vehicles! Hopefully Valaverse will drive Hasbro to make better Joe vehicles.
I love the two I have. I let mu four year old play with it and its held up in the last five days so it's tough. In the end it's all about what you do with it and/or how you display it.
Has anyone seen or read if Vala has spoken about the flaw of the gun turret not capable of moving up & down? Seems like something that would have been addressed already. A possible fix coming..??
Thanks for showing an unbiased review of this vehicle. I personally won’t be getting this because I don’t have the room, but it’s nice to see reviewers who seem to judge the product outside of the drama about this vehicle. Overall, it looks like a cool Spec Ops Transport vehicle. If I had the room, I’d get this vehicle for troop transport and get a Vamp or Stinger with Gridiron upgrades to be a light infantry Auto-Cannon support vehicle to use for a MOUT-type diorama setup. God, I really should try to make room in my collection for that…
I was waiting for your video to see how different figures fit. It's great that all figures in the valaverse line can fit and other brand figures you showed. That is a must for vehicles in my opinion, design your offerings around your biggest figure and not design the vehicle then squeeze in your regular sized figures. The gas cap is not removable but fairly easy if you want it to, with simple modding. I have the tan and the grey and took advantage of the free rocket launcher and ofcourse free shipping. I'll definitely get a green and black when they offer more options in the future. Awesome review, I enjoyed it!
yes thank you for realizing the reason the turret doesn't go up and down is the muzzle flash and for putting in the hatch you just gotta put it in basically all at once
When I get one i can't wait to see how much I can upgrade like the mirrors and the hatch plug and some lights and if I'm really feeling frisky maybe rc it up.
I think it looks great. Love what you get for your money. My only complaint is the lack of paint. A metallic gun metal gray base would’ve been Gorgeous.
I really like the reaper driver too I can somewhat understand criticism if it not having a vest but it looks built in to the sculpt to me amd he's a simple driver. If it were a movie or game he probably wouldn't even have a name and die in a crash that only gives the protagonists a few scraps and bruises lol I DEFINITELY understand the criticism of no holster for his side arm though. But the other criticisms I find silly. I think he's a really cool figure and I too was more excited for him then vehicle itself simply due to space. Glad you did a review for this, I knew you'd find the positives as well as acknowledge some of the flaws. You keep it Real man!
7:04 I'm assuming getting hit with that 50feet away would be a bad day, so getting sprayed by one while 5-feet away from the VG's door would be even worse. The tomatoe splattering in the last john rambo movie comes to mind.
Going over what other people already showed or talked about is not silly. You may have a different opinion on some features and we appreciate hearing your thoughts about it. 😊
No one was bad mouthing bobby. They just gave honest opinions about a toy and the valacult can't handle anything that doesn't praise bobby as the greatest thing since sliced bread. Go actually watch those reviews and you'll see.
First off fans of Bobby Vala is not a cult. Get over yourself. Yes we praise Bobby for great work he done. I like the Vanguard and won’t be changing my mind.
I have the vehicle in both colors and they are fine when displayed with figures hanging out of the doors but plain looking by itself. Even though it is bigger than the Vamp and Stinger the detail is not there.
Isn't that the case with vehicles in general? You look at a parking lot and there's nothing stand out among the rows of cars parked in it. But you have people and objects around it then it's suddenly more interesting to see now.
Depends on what you're looking for. There are enough options as is to make the Vanguard more versatile to what you want it to be, which adds a lot of value to it. A Stinger or Vamp will always just be a Stinger or Vamp, you know? Not that it's a bad thing. But these are two different types of vehicles.
Kinda wild. For $85 more, you get a bigger vehicle, an extra weapon system with effects , and customizable options with decals. I’m still salty that the stinger can’t even display with the missiles firing.,,
$85 more is 85 percent more. That's not a little bit of money. It depends on what you want. Some people actually want to get a smaller vehicle for space purposes.
$85 more really is figurative when comparing two products. Is the Vanguard worth the $185 and is the Vamp worth $100? You’ll find that one has more value for the money than others. Ya size may be an issue and that’s fine but we are arguing quality and value. Bottom line is that Hasbro constantly over charges us knowing we will consume what ever they give and Valaverse doesn’t.

Probably one of the best vanguard reviews
The thumbnail made it look like a real life-sized vehicle. Badass and thank you!

A possible fix coming..??
I believe he's mentioned a fix is coming. Probably included in the upgrade kits coming for it
He’s making a turrent fix and is giving it out for free
The photography at the end is amazing!

Killer video D!!! Love the ending music and your pictures always are top tier! Hope all is well brotha!!!
I wouldn’t worry about not wanting to cover stuff bc others cover it. People who’ve seen it might skip but I like the detail
Man I can’t wait for you photography!
Ooooof imagine painting it all black 😲
Thanks for trying different figures on the Vanguard. Still waiting for mine..
Thanks for a good review of this vehicle.
yes thank you for realizing the reason the turret doesn't go up and down is the muzzle flash and for putting in the hatch you just gotta put it in basically all at once
The ending song slaps🔥

I had no idea about the seats moving forward and back and the removable gas tank!

I feel like it they didn't give him a holster for the Reaper's pistol they should have had the glove compartment open up to store it in there heh.
Wanna use this for my shield agents .
With some paint this would look real good but still sick asf

When you started to show of Reapers articulation, it looked like you were about to reproduce the Drake walking meme😂😂😂
Going over what other people already showed or talked about is not silly. You may have a different opinion on some features and we appreciate hearing your thoughts about it. 😊
nice, need that ride.
Arrrhh! I would to be able to get one. Not in the cards at the moment lol. I’m torturing myself watching these reviews of it 😂
I got the tan version. I pre-ordered mine so i got the missile launcher.
Great review
Different music at the end?
The other track got copyright struck by TH-cam so he had to swap it out
@@outerjohn Thank you for the info. That sucks though, so he can’t use it in future videos either then?
There were some TH-cam that were bad mouthing bobby and the Vanguard. I hope your review will be good. I love my stealth grey.

12:44 has me wondering if a line is gonna make 1/12 scale figs for *_g-g-g-g-g-g-g-G-UNITTT!!_*
How much was that, I'd like to an rc rig with that
Just got mine yesterday and realised I don't have the space for it
with Roadblock!! heaven senr
...great review as always. The change in ending music hurts my soul a bit. TH-cam is foul for that.
Shout out to Rambo
I just can't see it as a military grade vehicle or something I'd want in my collection. Your photos elevate it tho
Are the tires rubber or hard plastic?
Rubber
Kinda basic. Prolly have to see if grid iron studios has anything to upgrade it with.
Someone messaged them about it and they stated that they aren't planning to.
this is based on a real car right
Yes the rezvani tank
The gas cap can be removed, but the hood can’t. Pretty generic. I’ll wait until it goes down in price and Gridiron makes mods for it.
Gridiron confirmed that they won't which kinda makes sense since they and Valaverse apparently are not on good terms.
I have the vehicle in both colors and they are fine when displayed with figures hanging out of the doors but plain looking by itself. Even though it is bigger than the Vamp and Stinger the detail is not there.

@Rakerong Not the strongest argument, in my opinion. The product should be able to stand alone. Im not judging this product just saying.
Not good when it looks cheap, even with D Amazing's photography. That driver is hilarious
The Vanguard is overpriced for what you get. The Stinger at $100 is a much better value.
It´s a very plain vehicle with very few details. We cant even pop the hood and the top machine gun is fixed, we cant move it up or down.
Agreed. After a few reviews I just cancelled my pre-order. Got the Stinger instead, way cheaper with nice details.
lol ok
@@starlord157 lol ok to you too
Bet you didn’t post anything on the stinger that can’t even display the missile effects. But keep doing your thing . Lol
I canceled as well. I’m going after the bread truck aka the punisher van from Ramen Toys.
Kinda wild. For $85 more, you get a bigger vehicle, an extra weapon system with effects , and customizable options with decals. I’m still salty that the stinger can’t even display with the missiles firing.,,

This thing is lame af I’ve seen better vehicles in the dollar store.
