    If you ask me, I would suggest a federal government and then a local government system, no provincial governments needed.

    Neither federal, nor provincial governments want a vibrant local government system. It specifically threatens justification to have provincial governments. Therefore, forget all about it.

    The liberals and leftists work hard to knock some sense into the public, but in the end the far-right cult leader takes all. Before 2008, even Imran Khan used to talk like the blokes sitting here, but then someone taught him to repeat "iyakanabudu waiyakanastaeen", keep a tasbeeh in his hand, and utter "madina ki riyasat" after every 10 sentences.     Pakistan problems has these solutions
    1- Free and fair elections by evm- vvpat technology or other advanced technology
    2- Referendum on either the political system in pak should be based on presidential or parliamentary system.
    3- Divide every province of pakistan into two parts north/south and on basis of better administration (north punjab/south punjab, North sindh/ south sindh) Etc- And give Provincial status tooo Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Kashmir
    4- Jooo bheee natural resources hain pak mee petrol,gas,coal unnnn seee anne waleee revenue usss district kaa 70% tak share unnnkeee pass hogee yane unnn natural resources see anee wala revenue kaaa 70% wooo district ki elected govt rakhegi rakheengee baki federal govt or province koo sirf kuch heee hisssa milegaa.
    5- Pure pakistan meee ek standard digital or fixed tax policy banaou jismeee 15 seee zyada tax naaa hooo direct or indirect or 10lac seee kam.kamane walae peee tax naa hooo or food item peee 5% seee zyada tax naa hoooo or
    in taxes kooo bant deeya jayee
    5- taxes kooo federal govt kooo
    5- taxes provincisl govt
    5- taxes municipal govt koooo
    6-NFC award kooo change kiyeaa jayeee budget kaaa revenue kaaa share 70-75% federal govt appne pass rakhee (provinces appna tax revenue khud collect karee) or isske sath PFC(provincial finance commision)districts koo milne walee paisee or District financial commision (jooo district govt aggey villages or tehsils koooo deee)
    7- Pure pakistan directly elected districts govts and village govt(panchayat raj/india) kee election hooo or constitution mee jese pm or cm kee roles or powers likhee hain wesee hee mayor ki powers or responsibility likhh deee jayee (water, sewrage Police, cleanliness) or tax collection jese water tax property tax, motor vehicle tax, service tax, sab mayor collect kareee or local govt kaa subject provinces see leekeee federal govt keee pass or election bhee unke election commision karwayee naa kee provinces.
    8- Pak mee yeee qota system govt jobs mee khtam karkee sareew recuritment 100% css exams or merit or ussske professional degree based peee hooo or pak meee single national curriculum laggo kese karna hain usski planning kiiyee jayee
    9- The federal and provincial election should be held seprately(Matlab provincial or federal govt kee election ek din peee naa hooo) There should be a gap of 3 months To 6 months
    10- Abolish care taker govt
