Right Click and troubleshoot & Check it out, it's working or not?
Remove Device & USB Cable >> Reconnect USB Cable & Check it out, it's working or not?

1. Open Devices and Printer in Control Panel
2. Right Click on Ricoh Printer and Click

3. Remove Device and remove cable and reconnect . (For Windows 7,xp.. again install driver)
4. troubleshoot and click next and Fix Problem & Check it out
