    I use old steam pipe flanges for jobs requiring similar size and weight discs like motor mounts and swivels ect.
    I haven't needed to make submarine portals yet though you flipping mad man.
    As a bonus most are stainless these days would be great for the bezel.

    EN8 Get a couple of small levels and they will save you lots of time against the ruler!
    I have dived HMS Stubborn in Malta, have a cool picture of a loading hatch @56mts I took with my Nic 3
