But I did do some training in uhm, "realistic" techniques decades ago and to my suprise all last scuffles I was in the last years I fight precisely like this. GOD BLESS You Master Wong. I trained GOJU 4 years until I was 16. 35 years later I have been training Shotokan since February of this year. Shotokan has the hammer fist in a kata and also as a block. Their philosophy is a block is also a strike. But they lack many tools GOJU has. I appreciate this video because your movements are using gross motor skills. And when the stuff hits the fan gross motor movements are what's going to be done at the heat of the moment. Please show some more. I care nothing about any particular style. I just want the tools that are gonna work for an old man like me.

Don't do too many different moves, it can result in too many errors.. Can you do a video on surprise gang attacks? I know distance and awareness is a big productive start, however, what happens if you get attacked by a gang from behind?? You've just on your way home from a long 10 HR shift, or, you're in a pub and you've had a few, going for a job interview and what's going through your head is preparation for the job, concentration and awareness isn't at its highest.. I'm sure there are other examples I can give, but for now, you get the gist..
