My goal this year is self-love. This year I want to give the same energy I gave to others to myself- unconditional love, kindness, forgiveness, and joy. It's going to a long journey, but it's one I'm so excited to start taking.

My goal for 2022 is to keep making the positive changes that I started last year! I have seen a big difference in my anxiety and depression! So I just want to keep moving forward! Last year I really focused on not making other people’s problems my own! That doesn’t mean I quit helping others with difficulties in their life. I mean I quit letting people who have issues within themselves make me feel bad about myself or project their issues onto me. I cut out a lot of negative people in my life and established boundaries with the rest (especially family members)! This year I want to focus on peace! Inner peace especially! I hope you had a great birthday!!! And OMG 7 weeks!!! It’s getting real real! ❤️

Speak life into your after pregnancy season. If you say I’m expecting depression I always get it.. you know what? You will get exactly what you ask for. Speak life! Say this will be a new season with nothing but gods gifts and blessings!
Grace is my word for 2022. My son can be a challenge a lot of the time and I try to remember that I need to extend the same grace to him that God has extended to me. I struggle with this a lot as a mom. I lose my patience so quickly. I need to learn to also give myself grace. There are some days where I can’t get it all done and that bugs me so much. The anxiety thing… I so get that. It’s there for me too. I’m thinking of you and praying as your little one arrives. Post partum depression and anxiety is no joke. I had ppd after my son was born. I don’t wish that on anyone. You’re doing a great job! One day at a time 💜💜

Ah I’ve got so many resolutions for the new year but never thought to choose a word! Made me think and my word is joy, choosing joy in all areas of my life and to not let the bad things get me down so easily cause life is too short ☺️

My spending has dramatically decreased in the last few years but my goal is to be even better. I had my first baby, Clara, 2 months ago🥰 I’m not going back to work. I’m so thankful that my husband is supportive of me being a stay at home but I think it’s more important than ever that I don’t spend money on unnecessary things that I end up not using or wanting.
I don't have any new years resolutions, but your word of the year really made me think. I think I'll chose openness. Circumstances really made my world smaller, I would like it to open up again.
My word for the new year is "intentional." I like you am a recovering shopaholic. I want to be more intentional with my time and energy specifically. It's my hope that focusing on my time and energy will keep me away from online shopping.
i keep a box or a bag in my car and when it gets to a certain clutter point I put it all in the box and take it to the trash or back to my room. i practically live in my car so a lot of stuff just stays there.
My word is INVEST, and that is in all aspects of my life. I want to invest in myself (self care, stress reducing activities, etc), as well as financially (prepare for the future, etc). I also want to invest in my kids..... Provide them opportunities that they have missed out on the last 2 years (extracurricular activities, academics, etc). Some things will still be out of my control, but I want to invest in important things in my life that I may have had to "let go" over the past couple of years. We are also building a home, so I want to invest my time and energy in getting it organized, etc.

Your goal about keeping your car clean made me think of something i saw this weekend... My neighbor and his son were outside their garage and the dad had 3 old grocery bags. He told the son 1 bag was for trash, 1 was for their clothes and 1 was for toys. The son wanted to vaccuum instead so the dad convinced him they couldnt vaccuum til everything had been picked up in the car. So they had to do it together. It was so cute to watch the interaction and the teaching moment in it too.

This is the first time that I've watched one of your videos. I'm more than 10 minutes in and all I've seen is you cleaning your own home, aside from selling TULA merchnandise. What is the purpose of this? I don't understand how this helps anyone.

I'm a suscriber to a lot of TH-cam channels. This was the first time I had seen anyone just doing something without offering any tips or advice. I was merely asking a question, because I thought that possibly I had clicked on the one video that wasn't going into detail. I'm sorry, darling, but if you think that anyone is motivated to do anything by watching you clean your own house, you are fooling yourself. Otherwise, they would watch one video and then be doing their own house. You don't even talk about what you're doing or why you're doing it. I can't believe that anyone would sponsor such a worthless waste of time. If you were motivating anyone, they'd be cleaning their own houses. My goal is to organize my family’s and parents photos. I have them all in my sons old room. That room has become overwhelming with stuff
