It's refreshing to have fleshed out RP with civs instead of every single stop being a pursuit. It takes away from the specialness of pursuits and makes them predictable.

You know what separates OCRP from the other GTA RP servers? It's not just the constant near additions being added. Or the fantastic scenarios you guys come up with. The biggest reason you guys are the cream of the RP crop is the vibe of the members videos. You guys genuinely enjoy RPing with each other and it really shows. You're all constantly laughing and joking around while playing. But you're also able to keep it serious enough to keep the RP scenarios realistic. No bickering, or backstabbing each other, or drama. I'm sure behind closed doors there's been some issues between members. But you guys keep that shit in-house, which is also what makes OCRP top of the line. When a subscriber is watching a creators content and the RPer is obviously having fun, it makes it hard for the viewer to not have fun as well. Thanks for everything Jeff and the rest of the OCRP members!

Chesapeake, Virginia actually have the law on the books from the 1970's that anyone over the age of 14 can get a fine and possibly arrested for Trick or Treating.

I really enjoy watching a few of you RP and wonder how you and others keep track of everything (ooc details) in order to cross-reference details later on to come up with arrests, etc. I can multi-task quite well (I.T.) and understand you have been RPing for a while now, and you're used to it. Well done!

I live in Newport News Va and I looked this law up. It's TRUE. It was instituted in 1970 and it's the law for Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Portsmouth and Virginia Beach. It prohibits anyone from the age of 15 or older in Chesapeake and 13 or older in the other cities from trick or treating. However no one enforces it. It was made a law to help police deal with activities like egging and toilet papering houses and smashing pumpkins. As of 2023 it seems that Jeff is the first person in history to ever make an arrest for this charge. So good job Jeff. You made history. 🎉🎉🎉

Yup, any one older than 14 in VA should be guilty of class 4 misdemeanor. So any one older than 14 is not allowed to trick or treat. Kudos to the guy in white bmw for doing a unique warrant that most didn’t know exist.
Unique, but also a misdemeanor, i.e, not extraditable. IRL, this wouldn't have happened and I know this from personal experience.

As a Virginian, I had to check this out. I assume San Andreas is in California. I hope he gets a flight. That would be a long drive across the states.
Chesapeake, Virginia, limits trick-or-treating to kids 14 and under, and older trick-or-treaters can actually be charged with a Class 4 misdemeanor. Other cities in Virginia have similar trick-or-treat age limit laws in place; Virginia Beach, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Norfolk, and more prohibit trick-or-treating after age 12. Kids in Newport News who are 12 or above are allowed to accompany younger siblings but can't wear a mask.

Brain gap is so creative. Out of curiosity, I just had to search up about Chesapeake trick or treating laws and sure enough, they are strict. Class 4 misdemeanor to be out trick or treating over the age of 14.

This was another great vide and the first guys rp was really great he put his all into it and I enjoyed this alot and loved it and the warrant for trick or treating had me die laughing 😂😂😂😂. I'm sorry Jeff, but I have to criticize the reasoning for the first stop. There's no way the Merc was driving too close to the car in front of it. At the slow speeds they were going, he was 2 car lengths behind which is perfectly reasonable.
Also he can’t prolong a traffic stop to get a k9 on scene.
Good thing this is just a game and not real life…
4 car lengths is the standard for the majority of US Statutes.

@@jfavignano exactly, don’t think he realises the “4 second rule” on B roads which have a 50mph sometimes 60mph limit which would constitute about a 3 and a half nearly 4 car length gap, again it’s just game but nevertheless if it was real life he’d be stopped for that for either the offence of Driving Without Due Care or Aggressive Driving

29:12 Jeff, just a heads up, the GT-R R35 is no longer a Skyline as this is a separate model from the Skyline series. The current Skylines are also sold as Infinitis (G35, then G25/G37, then Q40, Q50, and Q60).
The Skyline GT-R name before the split (the GT-R R35) lasted until 2002 with the R34, thus the first Skyline GT-R was in 1969 then the second Skyline GT-R was short-lived in 1973 as they only sold 197 units, due to the oil crisis. The Skyline GT-R came back in 1989 with the R32 (It is also called "Godzilla" as it won many races from 1990-1993), then the underrated R33 in 1995, and finally the R34 in 1999. I'm sorry if I have to give you a trivia for those who are too lazy to do research.

as always, an awesome video. i do have 3 questions,
1. the guy from the GTR. it initially was your traffic stop, but because he had an active warrant and every cop on scene knew who he was and what he had done, another cop stepped in and read him his rights. Can officers do that?
2. same scene you called 001 to give him a heads up. are officers allowed to call local pd's for stuff like that to build up more evidence for the case and take more bad people of the street?
3. the scene with the black muscle car, since the guy gave you guys a location where he got the SPEED LOL, could you guys then do a sting operation on that location with the provided info or do you need more info?
Once again there was not a tow service available, but dont worry i am hoping to change that if i get accepted into OCRP LOL.

With the guy doing 130, idk about other states but in Missouri anything 90+ is automatically charged as pursuit speeds even if you pull over and anything 100+ is automatic arrest and charged as reckless driving at manslaughter speeds felony not sure what goes with the charges as far as jail time/fines just know you will be getting a free ride to your local jail 🤣

In Missouri if your doing more then 45mph over the speed limit you can go to jail, 6 points on your license and upto a $500 fine, if your doing double its mandatory jail time up to a $1500 fine and your license can be revoked

hi jeff, this is just a nitpick for your information. the black nissan you pulled over with the red wheels is called just a GT-R, and the Skyline title is on the past generations. this generation (the R35) did not claim the Skyline title. just a nitpick, and i love your channel. it’s helped me learn a lot
Oh the classic mistake! You can't hold the offender on the TC to wait for the K9 to arrive unless you have PC of a crime OTHER than the moving violation you've pulled them over for. Once you've cited/warned for the original traffic offence, you must release them. Being nervous and not giving a consent to a search do not constitute PC of a crime, merely of an unusal behavior. A 2015 SCOTUS decision covers the matter, see Rodriguez vs United States.

Live in Utah I’m glad that I don’t have those laws here. I have a few 15 over speeding tickets and one for 30 over I require an SR 22 special insurance but never jail time since then I haven’t gotten a speeding ticket for a couple years😂
