Ruqyahs were my very first introduction to Islam. Allah saw me in relationship to jinns, and flooded my TH-cam feed with suggestions to play these videos. I did. I took it very seriously. I was sad to lose my jinns and magick. But it was the right thing to do. It took about 4 sessions to send away the jinns. Now I listen to the Quran every day and night. Let me guess... you were under the impression they were spirit guides? I’m guessing you were into tarot cards too....not judging you btw. This seems to be a pandemic within its self. Brother, really appreciate the effort you put into learning Islam. And I mean to be no deterrent to that. However, Islam recognizes only one God... ALLAH as the Supreme Creator. Calling out others as gods and equating them with Allah is one of the greatest sins in Islam.
My point being... Islam in its true essence does not recognize other gods or calling out to other gods.
