1. Cramps during your period is like a 1 week trial, i wouldn’t say it’s preparation 😆. Labor pain is UNREAL and there is words to describe it. 2. Once i stopped wearing so much weave I realized the “thickness” of my hair is just fine because it’s mine! Love your hair ❤

You’re 100% right on the new braiders and that gel!! I couldn’t figure out why every time I got knotless braids this summer, my scalp couldn’t take it and they had to come out asap. And then sometimes they run like $300-$600. SMH, feels like a waste!

I started taking my own braid gel to my appointments and my scalp really likes The Doux braiding gel. Hope this helps!
