CREAMY KAPAMPANGAN TIBOK TIBOK!!!

Tibok tibok is a native creamy and delicious Kapampangan kakanin made of fresh carabao's milk. This milk pudding is very delicious and melts in your mouth.
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups fresh carabao's milk
(you can use fresh milk)
1 cup rice flour
1/4 cup glutinous rice flour or cornstarch
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup coconut cream for latik
