So Rashada wants to bring a lawsuit against Napier and others for supposedly not keeping their word on an agreement to bring him to Florida, but on the same token he didn’t keep his agreement in signing with Miami!!!! SOUNDS LIKE MORAL HYPOCRISY!!!!! Shame on you Rashada!!! Chasing bags of money!!!
That is a very bright woman! Thanks Dave this episode really covered the issue well and alleviated at least some of the angst of this Gator fan regarding the lawsuit's implications.
Dave, great show & Michelle was great. But I do have 1 question that was not covered. Ruiz is now claiming that there was no contract & not for 9 million. Pretty obvious that Miami has a vested interest in hurting Florida. Would Florida have the right to involve Miami and demand discovery on the contract that Miami signed with Rashada? I'd be curious if Michelle could answer that question.
Why does everyone think this is some sort of power move by Kirby? The lawsuit has been in the works for over a year now (multiple people have reported that fact). Rashada was going to sue no matter what school he was enrolled in. Kirby saw a chance to troll a little bit and took it at the end of the day we’re rivals.
Very intelligent analysis. I think a settlement would be a shame and a bad precedent. UF should have known better to get involved with this kid but then again 90% of these kids care about the money only. Can you imagine what a cancer this kid would be on a team? I think the interesting dynamic here is he is not suing UF, he is suing Napier personally. How does Napier’s camp come up with this kind of money?
I'd like to know where the venue of the trial would be in Florida or Georgia as we know about Georgia they make up the law as they go and the real laws don't seem to matter too much so in Florida it would probably be a different story but tell us where that venue is for the trial

That's what's fucked up though. Even if no one is legally liable, we apparently did him dirty. Why would big time recruits wanna come to UF when this shits going on?
@@GatorsBreakdownwhich is wonderful. Seems the collective was destroyed after this situation. But does this feel moral? Is there any question at this point rashada was screwed?
Let's see. Initially many were trashing Billy because he wasn't involved enough NIL deals. Now, he was involved but didn't know what he was doing. Which is it.
This lawsuit will be dismissed if UF shows any indication that will fight. Money grab….

I hope Florida fights this!
All things aside, this was a great video with a great breakdown of what’s going on. Go Gators 🐊
There really is never a dull moment in Gator Nation.
I appreciate a solid analysis of this instead of comment section type couch commanders. Definitely why I watch

It means it gets settled , and it’s a shake down from his family to get some quick cash. The booster dropped the ball not Billy

Kirby is pretty desperate to stop the momentum 😂🐊
The process of the suit started a year ago.
Kirby has a drinking problem that's cemented into UGA culture.

"Momentum??" Based on Billy's won/loss results so far, the only momentum he has is "negative momentum." Kirby isn't the one feeling desperation.
The part that everybody misses! Rashada been to Miami, Florida, Arizona State (his daddy school) and now Georgia! 🤔🤷💩
Definitely chasing pockets, but not as a QB

If we could talk to the current players about their NIL situation, you’d hear nothing but great things… We’re only hearing one side right now…
DJ Lagway is the number one QB who signed AFTER the Rashada situation. So I disagree lol

Good interview Dave.
Who has the better program historically, Michigan or us? Anyway good guest upgrade Dave. Nothing against Will.
Id hope nothing, lets judge him on the play on the field this year...
I really doubt such a high profile sports lawyer would take the case if there was nothing there.
He will get a cut of the settlement that will happen soon. That’s why they took the case.
Yes they would. Who doesn't like $$$. They'll bluff their way into easy (make this go away) settlement $$$ any way they can.
This is an epic troll. It cannot go to discovery and is a PR disaster.
Got to respect the move even if you hate it.
Absolutely! Rusty Hardin is no joke, you don't want to be hearing from that dude if you are getting sued 😂
Going to have to settle this to avoid a long soap opera. Cha-ching for Rashada. Georgia is somehow more annoying than ever.
No settling.
It means Rashada is going for a money grab. But also shows Sunbelt Billy makes so many bad choices. Naiper needs to go so we can get a real coach.
Great post! You summed it up perfectly.
Gator collective has nothing to do with Napier

@michaelrobinson1003 they can't make their minds up lol
@@michaelrobinson1003 Billy is the golden child to alot of fans for some reason, they defend him vigorously. They like the 2-10 record away from home.
