Awesome rebuild video great visual, I have a question I did my rear main seal and removed the rear main bearing chunk. Can I just torque that too spec and leave every other main bearing untouched or should I listen and do torque Sequence? And what was your torque specs?
I don’t remember the torque specs but you can find them online or in the shop manual. I wouldn’t loosen the other bearing caps, just torque the one you removed.
I don’t remember what this one was called, but you can get them from most part stores or online. Shop manuals are easy to get for just about every older car.
What a pleasure seeing you reassemble that engine, could watch that far longer than 12 minutes 😉
Man you work on every single aspects of cars like it’s nothing. Love your vids! They’re both entertaining and very instructive. Keep it up!
