Can’t go wrong with either honestly. Only difference is line capacity. You probably won’t notice while using it. If you get snagged, backlash, or retie a lot, get the 150. Hope this helps.

I’m a kayak angler fishing a variety of body’s of water. What I’m mostly looking for is a fish finder unit that will allow me to see individual pieces of cover on the bottom and the bottom compositions, drop offs etc. Actively seeing the fish isn’t as much of a big thing for me. Which option is best for that?

Can’t go wrong. Both Garmin and Humminbird have excellent side and down imaging. It will come down to brand preference.
