- The Nike Brasilia duffle bag has received a lot of praise on the internet from various blogs and website reviews, so I was curious to see what the hype was about.
One website categorized the Nike Brasilia bag as the "best medium sized duffel bag", and another categorized this as the "best affordable gym duffel bag."
In this video, I do a quick in-depth review of the Nike Brasilia duffel bag, discuss it's design and functionality, and then compare it to my current gym and travel duffel bag, which has been the Adidas Defender (old model). Towards the end, I give my overall thoughts on whether this bag is worth $40.

I have a similar Nike bag and love it for gym use and more. Lots of storage areas and can take a beating & keep going.

Since I am back at the gym I just been carrying big trash bags to the gym to change into work clothes after a shower lol. My gym bag is somewhere in my house. Good reviews man the bags both looked good and roomy.
I'm a sucker for duffle bags. I think I have 10 haha. This one is sleek all the compartments are dope. That water-resistant base is a nice touch.
I honestly prefer the bottom compartment for separation of the shoes especially if you're going away for the weekend and the shoes are way too dirty to keep with the clothes.

I have that Adidas defender bag in blue for years as well. I think the Nike bag looks better because of the simple colorway and also it has more zipper compartments on the body. $40 is not a bad price, time to upgrade my bag!
Yeah, the Nike bag is a little more streamlined for convenience, and looks bit sleeker - Adidas bag is still a classic though and can’t go wrong w/ neither ! Thanks for watching 💪

I've been searching around for a good duffel bag because I'm currently using a free drawstring bag from a hotel + my backpack lol but this Brasilia looks promising! I'm glad you compared both bags too --the Adidas Defender looks really reliable but I am super biased to Nike so I think I was rooting for that one from the start 😂😂 I don't think I would need that extra bit of space but that might just be the bias coming out again lol. Great review and comparison, and I really dug the outfit in the bag at 7:05 too 👀
😂 thanks Ryan! What do you use for your tennis stuff and tennis racket? Unfortunately this medium one won’t fit a racket, but I think the large version might. Granted, it prob won’t be as good as having an actual tennis bag haha
@@kickitwithdang I'm currently just putting my rackets in the drawstring bag so the neck and handle are sticking out lol duffels and backpacks are getting more popular though because tennis bags are pretty clunky 😅

I hope you read this... wondering if the bottom compartment could fit 3 full size beach towels... and could you fit a yoga mat between the carry straps? Thanks in advanced if you respond!
I would say yes to 2 beach towels , but 3 is definitely pushing it, so likely not… my bag is a medium (60L), but there is also a large option (90L) worth looking into, for your needs of carrying 3 towels. As for the yoga mat, I’d say yes depending on the size of the mat rolled up, but yes if your mat is thin. If it’s thick , might be a little more challenging. Hope that helps and good luck !
I think I have the Adidas Defender in the small size. Love using mine for travel! Both are great options but I agree that having more compartments makes it easier to organize your belongings, especially dirty clothes and shoes, so the Nike Brasilia is looking pretty nice to me!

Both of these bags are fantastic. I typically like a duffle bag with a bit more structure, but the pros to the Nike bag are un de niable. After my current (non brand named) duffle bag wears out, I think I'll graduate to Nike. 👌🏾

The 95L bag is alot bigger than i expected lol. Cant complain as it's more space I can use but its abit too much lol. Idk if I'm gonna use it as a suitcase cuz it's even abit for that.

Haha yeah, 95L sounds very roomy, probably a good size for long duration traveling, or carrying a lot of sports equipment.. but for a short weekend trip or a simple gym bag, small/medium should be sufficient 👍 thanks for sharing ! Medium should be fine. Large is very big and is more for like carrying equipment for multiple people (I.e a gym class teacher or a coach)

Hi, if something heavy is in the main compartment can i easly access the lower compartment for wet clothes?
I don’t know about ‘easy’ but you may need a few seconds to lift the heavy item out the way to pull your wet clothes out the bottom slot, if that makes sense
