Rewriting a large bot is not easy, let alone maintaining it. We have decided for the time being its in our best interest to prioritize rewriting the bot rather than responding to people who cannot read #outages or the dashboard. 90% of users do not read even if its in bold red text with 1000 point font, and this is a fact. TH-cam's API that powers our notification system is really janky and has been a pain in my butt for months and wont raise our limits. It's going to be janky until TH-cam cares to raise our limits unfortunately.
I completely agree with your viewpoint regarding improving the bot rather than helping commonly asked questions but the dashboard status page is abysmal. TH-cam notifications have been down for a week and there is nothing on the status page indicating it. I understand that the TH-cam Data API is an absolute pain in the ass to deal with but not having an updated status page that provides tangible information makes it hard for me to ignore the lacklustre support on your server. As a consumer, I still stand by my opinion that premium is not worth it. However, the free version of Arcane is so good that rather than spending a monthly subscription I would be more inclined to send a small one time donation. This is because the free bot has been incredibly useful and is the easiest free bot to use for level up roles. I hope that once the bot is rewritten, there will be more focus towards supporting users.

The status page is not 100% indicative of the youtube status due to it only checking if our service is actively checking channels which it always is. It just has to do all 40 to 50,000 channels very very slowly so it misses a lot of them.
I’m glad that you will later be focused on support and I hope you keep your word. Regarding the support page, if it’s known that the TH-cam notifications are unreliable then putting in something to indicate that it’s unreliable would be beneficial.

Is there a way to set up a leveling scheme where there are multiple parallel roles you can level through? For example, roles you earn for participating in one channel, and another set of roles for participating in another channel. So you basically have two leveling trees based on how you interact with the server.
Unfortunately this doesn't exist as part of Arcane's features to my knowledge. This would actually be really cool, though. Perhaps such a thing already exists with a different bot?
Something similar which would also be really cool if it existed are faction levels. When joining a server, you can choose between several factions. Example of Factions 🟣 - Lavender Faction 🔴 - Rose Faction And depending on the faction you choose, you get different level up roles. If you were in the Lavender Faction then you’ll get “Nebula (Lvl 5)” as a role but if you were in the Rose Faction then you’d get “Flame (Lvl 5)” upon reaching level 5 Of course, role names will be customizable.

One of my members has been stuck on 71 xp for hours and I don't know how the support server is useless, so I have no answers. Arcane uses / commands now. You can no longer change the prefix.
