My parents and I are pass holder's and we were there like a week ago. You have to see the shows Chrismas in the Smokies and Twas the night before Christmas 🎄 There both so good. 😊 Oh and aside from the cinnamon bread and kettle corn is chef's kiss.
I was recently at Heartsong and had that very same Chicken Dinner. It was absolutely divine. We also had the charcuterie board for the table and it was excellently done.

I love Dollywood and it’s sister park Silver Dollar City. I must disagree though, they do not need to make other parks in other states. That is what makes it so special in my opinion. They focus on doing one thing right!

Definitely a repost. I waited on him and called him the “Sony camera guy” 😂 when he stayed at HeartSong Lodge and Resort. At that time I worked there in Songbird Market. And yes it’s Smoky Mountain Christmas time right now at Dollywood. 6 million lights. Absolutely beautiful! A must see. -Ex-employee
I grew up going to the Florida parks and Dollywood as well. I love the hometown feel of the park and the food is so good. I love to see that they keep expanding! Also Dollywood was Silver Dollar City before Dolly bought it. It’s sister park is in Branson, MO and is very similar to Dollywood and has Time Traveler which is a very fun coaster! Y’all need to make it out there too!
I’d love to come over to go to Dollywood and cedar point but trying to sort getting there without a car is a nightmare, which airports would you recommend flying into - think you changed at Atlanta right?
I always fly into Knoxville because it’s about 40 minutes away from Dollywood and it’s a smaller airport which I like. My Uber was around $40-$50 one way.

Did you ride on the front of the dollywood Baldwin steam train? There's a bench seat on the front of the coal car. You can watch the engineer and the fireman work the steam engine. Its a Park secret.

Dollywood! I’ve been twice…both times I wound up throwing up after one of the coasters….Tennessee Tornado. I never ever get sick on rides! But Dollywood has done me in! I told my niece I may not be able to do the rides at Universal…haha I don’t know what it is about Dollywood. I love Big Bear Mountain! Rode it was 4x! 3 of which were in a row! Wild Eagle is my other favorite!
Love Dollywood and the food is so good! I am debating taking you up on your offer in the travel agent thing. AVID Disney goer, Universal, Dollywood, travel in general…. Originally from Canada and already plan a lot of my friends trips for free and looking for a career change. I do not have interesting conversations with my Uber drivers no. I'd say most all my Uber conversations involve my driver telling me about his album that's he's just dropped and where I can listen to it or how this is only his temporary job and that his start up is about to be funded so rest assured, he won't be driving for much longer. That's probably 95% of my conversations with Uber.

Try flying Allegiant out of Sanford when going to Dollywood. They fly direct to Knoxville and Sanford is a way easier airport to get in and out of.

When you landed in Knoxville, did you have to take a train to get to the theme park? I thought it was three hours away.
TSA pre is so sweet, I am sorry I waited so long to purchase it.
Dixie Stampede closed in Orlando so don’t know if Dollywood could compete with the other Florida parks.
If you get there around 4pm, they will have amazing hot chocolate located at check in.
