He says all this shit yet CORNETTE HAS PULLED A GUN ON A WOMAN WHO CUT HIM OFF N TRAFFIC. JUST BCUZ JIM ISNT RESPONSIBLE WITH GUNS DOESNT MEAN OTHERS SHOULD SUFFER
DISCLAIMER: I thoroughly appreciate and enjoy everything Corny has contributed to the wrasslin' business over the years, however: Jim Cornette, a man who has on numerous occasions threatened others with a gun, a vehicle, his fists, etc. and is even able to laugh at the thought of running a man down with his car, quite obviously has or has had very serious anger/psychological issues and would be the first kind of person it would be wise to prohibit from owning a firearm. Hypocrisy, thy name is...
Wait a minute, it isn't hypocrisy to preach about gun control when the person doing the preaching has threatened to assault people with weapons up to and including guns? That makes so much sense..
"If there were no guns in your shitty country then he wouldn't need to threaten." Okay, so let's pretend guns were never invented. No one would ever threaten anyone else? So the problem is purely, 100% with guns, and not with people being nutjobs and/or using them irresponsibly? People didn't fight and kill each other with a myriad of other types of weapons before the widespread commonality of firearms? What a fucking logical fallacy. Your intellect is dizzying.
one last thing hypocrisy: the practice of claiming to have moral standards or beliefs to which one's own behavior does not conform; pretense. i.e. espousing a belief in gun control while owning one and saying "i'll shoot this motherfucker!" or otherwise threatening someone with it.
When Jim mentioned the deer, I couldn't help but be reminded of Marisa Tomei in My Cousin Vinny, hilariously but rightly lecturing Joe Pesci on killing a deer. Such a good scene and really well written and performed, because she was telling the truth.
Wow. All the gun nuts are out in full force in these comments. I hope the lives of all of these children that gets murdered are worth your precious guns.
Here's the problem with gun control, Constitutional considerations aside. If guns were a new invention, and there were relatively few in circulation, gun control would work. By even the most conservative of estimates, there's at least 200 million guns in circulation in this country. Pass whatever law you care to, the fact that there's already 200 million out there means any new gun laws will have little to no effect on crime. Anyone who is otherwise prohibited from owning a firearm isn't really going to have a hard time obtaining a gun if they really want one.

Progressive Killer Mike last week suggested that each household should have 6, which would easily double that number. Will that make you happy? Europe too was full of guns 80 years ago, 500 million people in the EU and each and everyone of them is at least three times less likely to be killed by a bullet than you despite having the same movies, music, video games, mental health issues etc, etc The Israeli army decimated suicides by stopping sidearms being brought home on leave. Australia had a mass shooting 25 years ago leading to a number of changes in gun laws and a government buy back that has lead to less gun related deaths. He says all this shit yet CORNETTE HAS PULLED A GUN ON A WOMAN WHO CUT HIM OFF N TRAFFIC. JUST BCUZ JIM ISNT RESPONSIBLE WITH GUNS DOESNT MEAN OTHERS SHOULD SUFFER
Source?
I just want the wrestling stories, not the politics or religion commentary
DISCLAIMER: I thoroughly appreciate and enjoy everything Corny has contributed to the wrasslin' business over the years, however:
Jim Cornette, a man who has on numerous occasions threatened others with a gun, a vehicle, his fists, etc. and is even able to laugh at the thought of running a man down with his car, quite obviously has or has had very serious anger/psychological issues and would be the first kind of person it would be wise to prohibit from owning a firearm.
Hypocrisy, thy name is...
Hey no more baseball bats either because there's been assaults with those sorry kids in little league mob uses those too so you can't.
that's not hypocrisy. if there were no guns in your shitty country then he wouldn't need to threaten
Wait a minute, it isn't hypocrisy to preach about gun control when the person doing the preaching has threatened to assault people with weapons up to and including guns? That makes so much sense..
"If there were no guns in your shitty country then he wouldn't need to threaten."
Okay, so let's pretend guns were never invented.
Your intellect is dizzying.
one last thing
hypocrisy:
the practice of claiming to have moral standards or beliefs to which one's own behavior does not conform; pretense.
i.e. espousing a belief in gun control while owning one and saying "i'll shoot this motherfucker!" or otherwise threatening someone with it.
"Douchebag Von Fuckface" - Bill Maher and Jim Cornette xD
Jim has no problems eating the beef in Wendy's cheeseburgers. I didn't kill the cow with his bare hands. Selective outrage.
Matt Salmon he’s referring to hunting for sport and trophy hunting
And poaching
Once Jim cornette goes off wrestling topics...his true anti American heel attitude comes through
Jim is such an intellectual, machine guns? Fully automatic rifles?
Want even MORE children's blood on your hands????
When Jim mentioned the deer, I couldn't help but be reminded of Marisa Tomei in My Cousin Vinny, hilariously but rightly lecturing Joe Pesci on killing a deer. Such a good scene and really well written and performed, because she was telling the truth.
🙄
Possibly why he was talking about for the good of your grandchildren?
@@porcupineinapettingzoo Guns last a really long time if properly maintained.
@@danielreid3476 If properly maintained, not something gangbangers are usually know for. Wonder how many Japanese stores have been heldup by a type 11 machine gun recently, they were pretty common in Japan 80 years ago. There were a lot of guns in Japan 80 years ago and yet I bet there's been more gun deaths in your state this year than in Japan in the last 20.
@@porcupineinapettingzoo A) This isn't Japan. B) Japan never had anywhere remotely close to 200 million guns at any time.
@@danielreid3476 Japan also never had close to 300 million people. But at 130 million they still have less gun deaths in the last 20 years than your state in the last 6 months, and you are going to pretend that there isn't a problem. Those 200 million weapons are a very new phenomenon and the vast majority of them are owned by a small percentage, but of course if groups like the NRA have their way that 200 million will keep increasing, what number will be enough? Progressive Killer Mike last week suggested that each household should have 6, which would easily double that number. Will that make you happy?
Europe too was full of guns 80 years ago, 500 million people in the EU and each and everyone of them is at least three times less likely to be killed by a bullet than you despite having the same movies, music, video games, mental health issues etc, etc
The Israeli army decimated suicides by stopping sidearms being brought home on leave.
Australia had a mass shooting 25 years ago leading to a number of changes in gun laws and a government buy back that has lead to less gun related deaths.
If guns lead to a safer society why does the US have murder rates more comprable to South Africa, Venezuela rather than Japan or Sweden?

Cornette is a genius. I wish all people were this intelligent. This country would be a much better place.
Jesse Langston yes!
Oh that's so true of the gun people, I have no problem with people having gun but on Facebook there was this guy, he's pointing a gun at the camera in his profile pic and he commeted something like "Oh I'm going to defend my family and" and it's like "dude, you look like George from Seinfeld, the only way you could get the upper hand on someone is if you hit them while they're laughing at you" He's holding his gun "Oh I'm a tough guy" and like I said, he doesn't look intimdating. Lol. And it's also like "Oh what if I'm walking down the street with my family and there's a mugger" and I told them, "well unless you got the reflexes of the Flash, he's going to shoot you before you get your gun out because he's probably got his gun drawn and will shoot you even if he thinks you're reaching for something that could be a gun".

I just going to state this. I don't agree that killing something with fur too flesh makes that easier. I don't hunt, but there are some people I would crack a bat over their head. I would sooner hurt a person than an animal.

I agree with Jim on 80% of most subjects. On guns he's 100% right! Get better gun regulations now and sure will take decades to catch up to other modern nations, but that's safer future generations. Same goes for healthcare work your way to free universal healthcare, next free college so young people are not out of college owing 80+ grand in debt. I agree for the most part about hunting for SPORT.... but, there are people who hunt that use the meat to supplement their food supply because they are poor. If you hunt for food, and use every thing... a deer is no worse than a cow.... if you kill just to kill for the rack of antlers.... that is WRONG. I am from Arkansas, but I live in Germany now.... we have extremely strict gun control here.... you have to pass a LOT of classes to get a gun.... and you have to renew every year.... and it's only for certain kinds of guns.... NO automatic or semi automatics are allowed.... and not every cop wears a gun... and that makes the much less intimidating.
