After editing when i uploaded video on youtube its not uploaded as shorts . Its coming in 16:9 ratio and video is showing in between and both side black bar can you please help me why video is showing like this not as a short video ??

i am exporting video with same settings but after uploading on youtube it uploads in video section not in shorts.. it uploads in 16:9 format having main video in 9:16 format and remaining portion with black color.. when I used to watch in shorts, its empty and showing video in long video category. what should i do ?
