Hello Sir, Thank you for making such an informative video. Sir , in general when we do 3 step paint correction on a panel by looking at the condition. so if i am doing wet sanding then i beleive we don't have to do 1st step aggressive cutting, can we do 2nd moderate nd 3rd step polishing after sanding or we need to follow all 3 steps after sanding as well.
After wet sanding of 1500 or 2000 grit i suggest to compound with 1500 grit compound and then polish with 3000 grit compound, this shall be enough, rgds
Thank you for replying
Hello sir, in which speed are recommended with to do wet sending with DA polisher
between 2500rpm to 4000rpm any speed is fine. AS
Apne Jo polisher use Kiya he vo continuesly kitna time chalta he... Like thoda time machine ko cool hone ke liye Dena padta he... Ya pura car sanding or polish hone tak continue machine Kam kar sakta he...??
Can be used as any other normal polisher, battery shall last upto 40-45 minutes while sanding.
Hello bhai my garman same problem dog fever high
Dry sending ke bare mein bataen
In detailing industry we don't recommend dry sanding. Wet sanding is more safer, for dry sanding vacumm backed sander is very important and generally used in body shops.
Thank you sir for such informative video! When using a DA polisher, does the machine need to be set to a specific number? Also, does the sanding disk have the same size grit as the sanding paper?
While using a DA polisher set the machine to 1 number & While using a sander set it to 6 number. sanding disks have the same grit as sanding paper no need to worry about that. Happy Detailing
can we able to do the wet sanding in to windshield and door glass ?
Practically NO, should be avoided.
how many times can we sand a panel in the whole life of that panel or car
That totally depends on the clear coat. Until you have a clear coat you can do paint corrections. Less you cut more you leave for next time, so unless you have reading of thickness gauge it is not easy to say how many times one can do, but generally pro detailers with right tolls and knowledge can do 4-5 times in whole life of that panel.

Does a brand new car need sanding, claying etc before ceramic coating ??
Depends on the paint condition, if it has contaminations, scratches or swrils it may need claying, sanding and compounding, if there is no defects or issues all or one of the step can be skipped, but anyways claying is always advisable.
Did a mistake... Did wet sanding using machine... Then used 3M finishing compound.. But sanding marks remains prominent... Car suddenly turned ugly.. I think by using hard cutting compound before polishing will clear this... Pls help
After wet sanding (2000 grit) always use heavy cutting compound (1500 grit) to remove sanding marks, finishig compound are too light to remove them, happy detailing.
