Of course spikes are in one direction , spikes will specifically targeted where the weak or open spots are. They don’t just go high and blindly hit the ball , they have to be strategic. There is nothing coach can do if that’s are the blockers in the team and they are not efficient when opposing team is player doing tactical and strong attacks .
