Underrated part of bloodletter+ rift combo is 30 haste which is a stat you usually never got on singed, helped in that last fight a lot for flings

If scaling is good, have you considered going Fimbulwinter with ROA for huge shields and a ton of health? HP is good right now, and scales into Riftmaker.

He’s ok, I’ve found it’s extremely hard to play as singed when the enemy gets the boots upgrades. Can be way harder to reach the ADC when they have insane MS
