Romaniacs is such an iconic race for so many people all over the world to want to race it and someone like you to showcase those riders is pretty awesome.
thanks a lot for recognising this element in the video and while I also prefer to showcase the Pro's (because that's where most of the idols and heros of this sport ride) I'm also happy to share the other categories when I have a chance - but I think it'll remain as a second priority. It's ironic though as it's the amateurs and people who pay everything themselves that ultimately makes it possible for guys like mario, graham, manni to receive a monthly paycheck from riding & racing. So the irony is - why not show these amateurs some more and give them more airtime?
Very few are anywhere Gold so its great to see some people possibly of our own standard for a change. What is the Atom class? Coverage as expected first class well done Peter.
Thanks a lot Pete! So atom is basically the entry entry entry class to Romaniacs. Years back, the available classes were only bronze silver gold (then called hobby, expert, pro) and then the iron (originally called rookie) came along to allow the less experienced riders in. Few years later I guess it was realized that an untapped market could be opened in the name of Atom. So they are basically riding the easiest trails possible (think fire roads, forest roads and generally roads big enough for 4*4 vehicles) and riding much shorter days.

i think around 1800euro including accommodation
