Great video fantastic analysis. When I saw the title of this video, my first thought was
Become 6'4 and have the frame of an NFL tight end.

Glad you found it helpful. Being 6’4 would be nice, glad this type of forehand technique is achievable for all of us :) Interested to see what Ben does next year.

A very professional analysis. Thank you!! One thing I think is important in his forehand is the way the racquet butt points up just after finishing hitting. Otherwise the ball would not fall after hitting so high

is that because the wrist movement that applies a ton of spin results in the racquet head sweeping to a racquet down-butt up position?

Soon I’ll get better footage of me hitting way over 100mph forehands. Thanks for this too!

Ben Shelton has one of the best forehands of the younger generation of players. Is there anything you would change about his forehand technique?

shelton seems to struggle with accuracy on tour. A lot of errors off the forehand wing. Do you feel like its tactical or technical? Is he going to for too much at inappropriate times? or is his technique leading to his lack of consistency and accuracy?

What grip is recommended? I use semi-western. But is it suboptimal? Does it have to be extreme western/full western for best speed?

Semi-Western is great for spin and speed. Most people should avoid a full western grip.

Ben Shelton forehand backswing style can cause an injure for an amateur player trying yo copy it?¿

The backswing shouldn't cause any injury issue. He has the normal ATP type backswing used by everyone on tour.
