Ma’am we watch your videos regularly and trusting you we ordered the special walnuts ( for joint pain) -(₹1200/kg) for my mother but instead of sending those they sent us the normal ones(₹400/kg) and charged us us full price ₹1200 and now they are not even responding to our calls. I agree with you sometimes packaging may disappoint customers, I have conveyed them about it. And they are good people I visited their home too met whole family, basically new products come in season and rest are stock sold throughout the year. So sometimes people may find things not upto expectations.

BEWARE!! I had ordered 3-4 times from Sri Ram Dry Fruits, a mix of almonds and walnuts. The first order, that I received was good in quality. Then, in the subsequent 2-3 orders, the product quality was very bad. They were sending OLD and ROTTEN dry fruits. For instance, in my 1kg of walnuts (with shell), 75% of them had have MILDEW grown in them, and even small INSECTs crawling in them. I had even recorded multiple videos of the bad quality items and sent back to them for reviewing, but I was given no response back on the items, they sent to me. I have stopped ordering from them. Yesterday, their customer representative (some female) called me, that they have reduced their shipping charges to INR20 per kg, then, I told her, I had multiple complaints with the order I received in the past, she too hung up the phone.
Saw this video today and I have just ordered dry fruits worth २.५k. Will give you feedback on quality once I receive the dry fruits 👍

Fraud. I personally visited this shop for all the hype. The ones shown is different than one you get. All dry fruit seller in Hari market is fraud. Get it from somewhere else in Jammu.

Madam, I too had a very bad experience with this agency.
I have ordered basis seeing vlog wherein the owner was swearing on GOD of delivering quality dryfruits as shown in the vlog.
But in reality they deliver sub standard product & when u complain they don't revert back.
I feel that Vloger should read the subscriber's comments and take up the matter with such shop keepers.
Dear Dushyant , I always put forth any such matter which comes to me. And anonymously I ordered many times to see if product is properly delivery in best quality but I never faced problem…still I will take your matter to them. Though my idea was to convey how one May choose the product and as far as shop is concerned, if they do so they might lose their grounds online
Don't order or buy through courier...don't trust too. Yeh log dikhate kuch aur dete kuch ,jada kuch bhi lena nehi...quiki kimat bhi jada hain.. .go straight to the shop & buy . "Full of courtesy full of crafts".
