I have always tried to treat my body as a temple . Unless the Lord shows otherwise, I don't want to be cremated . I know I will get a new body but I want to always treat my body as the temple of the Lord that I lived in all my life. That is just my faith and thoughts and wishes
Matter can neither be created or destroyed. The bible says even 'the sea will give up her dead'. We all will be physically resurrected in glory, no matter the state of our earthly bodies. We then will face the general judgement. Those Jesus places on his right for their heavenly reward, those on his left for eternal fire prepared for the Devil and his angels.
Which ever you can afford at the end when our souls are called it doesn’t matter where or how your body was disposed of at the end of your life… YAHWEH loves us all
Nowhere i. The Bible does it say cremation is wrong. When u die your soul goes immediately and we receive new bodies. There are people who have been burned in fires other than cremation. Our soul is what is important.
so for " Christians do " Not do cremations..." 😢 and non-Christians and " pray that they come to (Jesus Christ) and repent of their " sins, accept Jesus Christ into their heart, and make Jesus Christ their ( personal) Lord & " Savior..." i found out that believing in Jesus Christ to go to heaven," but also " Make sure you accept him as your own "Lord & Savior to be able to see / " live in heaven with God...❤
I always thought if you got cremated your soul would burn….I only learnt about everyone being resurrected when God creates the New world but the body would still have to exist to rise and be resurrected…very interesting
As soon as we pass away, our souls return to the father. Question here. Who would want these old bodies that get sick and broken? When you pass away, you are given a new body, "our spiritual body," that won't get sick or broken. Yes, we will know each other because we still look the same as we did on earth. The question here is, what do you prefer.
When you die your soul goes immediately to heaven, your soul will be reunited with your earthly body at the rapture and be transformed to a glorious body like Jesus'. Ron
I've always thought cremation was the better option because I thought cemeteries were a waste of land/space. Since being a Christian, I'm not too sure. Judeo-Christianity (and Islam) usually view cremation as comdemnation to Hell. But on the day of resurrection, I'm sure God will give our new heavenly bodies - if he speak the universe into existence, I'm sure he can manage to give us new bodies.
My mother wants a Direct Cremation. She wants us to have money left after she passes. I told her why I want to be cremated and why I make a suggestion of joining me and she said “earth to earth, ashes to ashes. If we’re buried we can’t be turned to what God wants us to be turned to.” She didn’t actually say that but she was trying to push the idea or something similar. I do have a last resort plan that will turn me into ash but without the flame. It should only be done if we can’t afford all my plans for burial. If this happens, I would like to be aquamated and have my ashes scattered into a steam locomotive firebox, getting to ride my favorite machine once last time and fuel her as she travels through the countryside. I believe that Christians can do whatever they want with no problems with God because we all shall get spirits and souls for heaven or hell.
The bible never made a comment about cremation. God can reserect me at the 2nd coming with no problem. That being said. I'm being cremated and scattered.

Our bodies are no more than clothes we remove after death. It does not matter whether we bury it or burn it.

God is not bad
What about people who died in raging fires? Airplane crashes?
Whats the difference. You either rot away in a coffin, or you do it quicker! It says ashes to ashes dust to dust. Ashes being key words.
I can only hope that in my passing that my children will come closer with Jeses and Father God Amen ❤❤❤😊
