My church youth group took a trip to Crystal River and Homosassa Springs to see the manatees. It was such a great time. Hopefully I can make it back sometime soon. Thanks for taking me back virtually!
Another great one! I really enjoy seeing the things you eat. I changed my diet and started fasting after watching your videos 5 years ago. Not bc I had issues with weight but I always felt sick. Thank you for forever changing my life
I've been to Chrystal river a few times with my buddy from work. We anchor off at the shallows and pretty much drink all day. End up being 20+ of us by mid day. It's a great time.
Hey there I’m in holiday. I just bout a Silverton 34 convert w 2 350 s. That is in Crystal River and I need to tow it by boat down to Anclote. I will pay you to help me tow it down here. Any interest?
Hey Trip , consider a motorized mechanism to lower and raise your soloar pannel, when you need to get in the skinny waters with low bridges depending on tide. Every inch counts in those situations.
Bow mounted trolling motor ! Game changer. Going under low bridges. Maneuvering in tight marinas and ramps. Fishing. .. dropping the anchor.... viewing the water....
@@TripSmith Thanks for your reply.... Those are VERY nifty too because they can spin 360° as the tide changes. I don't know if they do or can adjust through a 4'-6' tide change. Trip I'd really like some of your thoughts about the motor. I am on a 100% course with getting a C-Dory 22'. In a few month or as many as 24. But it IS a definite. I've messaged "Jim's Florida". He has the 90. He said the 115 can inhibit getting insurance. That doesn't seem correct. I thought any motor that is within the "rated" guildlines is okay. Also.... You travel pretty light and I plan to also. Do you ever think that you bought too much motor and a 90 would have still been more than enough? Jim said he never feels under powered with his 90. I love your clips. I can promise you.... I'm NEVER doing a channel. I can't see all the work you do but I know it a LOT. Much more than I'm ever going to be willing to apply. Can I suggest getting some sort of flexible pole(flag pole maybe?) that you can temporarily attach on the front(where you can see)where the top of the pole would be just a few inches higher than the solar panels when you're a little iffy on clearance. Then you can see if the pole touches the bridge or not and know if you can make it.
You may have answered it before... but why not leave your anchor on the pulpit and handle from the front hatch? Looks like there may need a top loop on the pulpit manufactured. But seams safer single handed than walking around. Like the videos
