Against Tiamat, she had all that build up yet her final form was a joke. I just Gae Bolg Aternative'd OHK on her. With Goetia, all 3 forms were memorable battles. First form wasn't so easy to one shot. 2nd form was legit tough (And did a Kenshiro against Solomon) and ironically, I have more respect for his final form than Tiamat as despite being weakened, he still desired one final showdown despite being one foot in the grave. Even attempted to use whatever had left for a weak NP.

I beat tiamat in like 2 turns with Nero bride. The lahmu before her was harder.
