Jango took down 30 Jedi 6 of which he killed with his bare hands(not including those in the arena) whereas Boba couldn't even take down one, I'd say it's a fair assessment

Thank you for this Samuel Kim. I saw this in my notifications, and wondered if you would actually include bits of the soundtrack from Star Wars: Bounty Hunter, and you did. It is perfectly meshed with the Mandalorian as well. Then on top of it all you include Boba Fett's theme! Beautiful.
@@bugsbunny1739 Jango Fett is one of my favourite Star Wars characters but there is one flaw with having him show in things now as a character. The casual fan or viewer might not understand who they are or why he looks exactly the same as Boba or has Mandalorian style armour. I really would love to see him but the direction of Star Wars at the moment just means it would be a bit complicated
This is sick. I’d never heard of this game until now. Seems like something I would’ve enjoyed playing as a kid, right alongside Republic Commando and Battlfront 1 and 2.
@@alexanderthegreat6682 in Disney’s version Jango was never a mandalorian, despite him both wearing the armor and seemingly following the main tenets of the Mandalorian way established in EU. In the EU, you are correct, he was technically Mandalore after taking the helm of his slain leader/adoptive father Jaster Mereel. As of right now, though, according to both The Clone Wars (prior to Disney purchasing the franchise) and all Disney canon made since, the Fetts are not Mandalorian, they are just bounty hunters using the Mandalorian reputation to bolster their own. However, since Boba Fett is in Mandalorian Season 2, I expect that could potentially change.
@@ARCAlpha12 I'm pretty sure it was made canon that he was a member of a Mandalorian clan, but either left it, or that clan was destroyed. I think it was at least mentioned in the book The Bounty Hunter Code
@@alexanderthegreat6682 bounty hunter’s code was released in October of 2013. Although it WAS released after the purchase of Star Wars by Disney, it was part of a set of EU books, including the Sith and Jedi journals, which were released a few years before the purchase. The details inside are said to be of the documents found in the possession of Boba Fett after he fell into the Sarlacc, but those details were created before the purchase by Disney. As such, it is considered Legends content and therefore not canon to Disney’s timeline.
Like other comments have said, this is genuinely amazing. I love have the other themes are present in the piece and how they add to Jango's theme without becoming too dominant. The other tihemes give a good picture of Jango's legacy in the star wars galaxy. I genuinely think this is some of your best star wars work and that is really saying something considering the quality you usually deliver.

I LOVE this theme, one of the best in Star Wars in my opinion. Jango is my favorite character, so im more than a bit biased, but this song (and the game its from) is still incredible, as is your cover of it!
Jaina Solo trained under Jango's son, Boba Fett, to defeat her Sith brother. A highly skilled Jedi being taught by a Jedi hunter to fight an even bigger threat = better story arc than anything from the Disney trilogy. She even had mando gadgets in the fight.
Legends was the best. I will never accept Disney canon. Disney canon wants to be a bit “ happy” which screws it up. Legends can both happy and depressing, such as Chewbacca’s death in legends. Or that 139 years after the New Hope that all the original trilogy and other characters are all dead, save for Luke Sky walker’s force ghost. Legends use happy and depressing in a good way, Disney canon try’s to be positive, which messes the movies. It looked as if the sequel trilogy was made for toddlers
@@animatorgeneral5754 nah, Disney canon is more depressing than Legends, New Republic - wiped out, Jedi Order - wiped out, Luke, Han and Leia and Ben Solo are dead in one year, Palpatine won

To plunge the Galaxy into anarchy -Not much money in anarchy. -The money means nothing! The thrill of the hunt drives me, the moment my prey begs for mercy, the moment I take his life. You know this better then anyone. We're the same, you and I. -Now you're just being mean. -You're going to shoot me in cold blood? This is so beautifully done. The transition from the Bounty Hunter Theme, to Mando's and into Boba Fett's is so damn clean and well done!
"Jango is better than Boba."
*runs for my life*
I mean he literally is, hes the original template and the most feared bounty hunter in the galaxy taking on jedi like a champ...boba stood there and looked cool then died like a looney tune
@@lukeevans6070 well I don’t think bobas story is done I think he’s gonna be in mando season 2
*loads blaster *
"You can run, but you'll only die tired."
Jango took down 30 Jedi 6 of which he killed with his bare hands(not including those in the arena) whereas Boba couldn't even take down one, I'd say it's a fair assessment

I love the Mandalorian and Vode An motifs!! Your music never ceases to amaze me!
Montross: Just like old times, Fett! You and me! Man to man! Face to face! Only now we do this to the *death!* May the best man win.
Jango: I *am* the best. Always was.

Yeah, me too.
@@prodbywimz oh, thanks for noting that.

@@prodbywimz Is it that ps2 bounty hunter game?
@@shangalangalangdingdong181 Yep, Star Wars Bounty Hunter.
Jango is so underrated. Probably the best and strongest bounty hunter.
"I'll see you in hell Jango"
"Save a spot for me"
This is probably my favorite one of yours yet.
Love the picture with the four. Thought I had heard Sabine’s theme in there! Thank you for including the main mandolorians, even the one from rebels. I appreciate your work deeply, gives me chills...

I knew I wasn’t the only one who heard that!
Not just me, good xP
Thank you for this Samuel Kim. I saw this in my notifications, and wondered if you would actually include bits of the soundtrack from Star Wars: Bounty Hunter, and you did. It is perfectly meshed with the Mandalorian as well. Then on top of it all you include Boba Fett's theme! Beautiful.
This was one of my favorite games growing up, I can’t believe you did a score from it. A surprise to be sure but a welcome one.
Well its 20 YEARS since Attack Of The Clones, and who else is vibing to one of the best Star Wars characters and this amazing theme?
he really deserves more spotlight in the live action movies, especially now with all of the mandalorian shows going around
It was Playstation exclusive much like how Republic Commando was pretty much Xbox exclusive until PCs were actually good.
It wasn't PS exclusive, I had it on gamecube
Long have I waited. Samuel is a true son of Mandalore even if I am not. This is the way
Star Wars purists: “the Fetts aren’t Mandalorian!”
Me: “Doesn’t matter. THIS IS THE WAY!”
They are. Canonically, Jango was the leader of a faction of Mandalorians wiped out by the Death Watch, plus, Mandalorian isn't a race, it's a creed
@@ARCAlpha12 ok, I didn't realize that. Thanks for the information
I swear, your timing is always amazing.
I just finished Attack of the Clones today, & then you upload this
Most underrated character in Star Wars. his legacy is one of the most important in Mandalorian(now canon) and the galaxy’s history.
HE'S MANDALORIAN!!!!
YAY! SOMEONE REMEMBERS STAR WARS BOUNTY HUNTER! So many people I've talked to have never heard of the game. It's a hidden gem.
Holy crap you are a master of music!

Nearly at 2 million now, mate! Let's keep it going!!!!
I've been looking for a remastering of this song for 3 years, thanks
Read Jango's Legends Wookieepedia page, he's been through shit and is also a genuinely awesome and nice guy.
Those damn jedi killed all his brothers in the True Mandalorians because of Death watch :(
The Fetts' story is one of my favorites from the EU, and probably my biggest sticking point for the current continuity.
I cant believe I didnt find this till now. This is god tier.
Holy crap, dude! I love your use of the Bounty Hunter menu theme! That was such an awesome game...I spent many hours playing that as a youngling, haha. I need to replay it now.
Bravo again, Sam!
Haven't listened to anything else on TH-cam since I seen this and it is constantly playing through in my head

Jango fett is the Star Wars version of John Wick. That is most certainly true.

Finally a good theme for my favorite character
Awesome! Love the medley! These are some of my favorite tracks from Star Wars history and I don't feel like they get enough attention. The Republic Commando Theme sounds good in the style of The Mandalorian's theme.
Yesssss!!! I love that Bounty Hunter is getting more appreciation now, it's such an underrated classic. Would love to hear you do Montross's theme or Vosa's theme if and when you have the time. Also Kota's theme from Force Unleashed
"Did you miss me?"-Jango Fett
I was literally thinking about this song yesterday. I need to finish that game.
I never managed to finish it either, I reached the moon with the cultists that never stop coming(which as far as I know is the last level) but never got to find my way through that level
@@davidelinmortal I left off at the part of the Tatooine mission when you fight Longo Two-guns. The rest of the mission before that was so hard that you die enough times to only have one or two lives left. Loooong have I waited for this moment, my little, musical, friend.
Never heard this song but it is one of my favorites now
It’s the main theme from the Star Wars: Bounty Hunter video game! A classic game! 💙
I really wish they would make a remaster of Bounty Hunter.
One of my favourite characters.
you never fail to give me goosebumps, this is absolutely breathtaking
She succeeded her mission that the others could not.
-Looks like a dead end, Montross.
-Been waiting for you, Jango. Thought you might not make it.
-Don't write me off, until you watch me die, face to face.
-You've come to the right place for a burial.
-You first.
-Ahhh... The Hunt is nearly over, I can smell it. Vosa's here. Waiting for one of us to put her out of her misery. It will almost be a shame to kill her. Imagine Jango, the power to send thousands of mindless assassins, willingly to their deaths. To plunge the Galaxy into anarchy
-Not much money in anarchy.
-The money means nothing! The thrill of the hunt drives me, the moment my prey begs for mercy, the moment I take his life. You know this better then anyone. We're the same, you and I.
-Now you're just being mean.
-You're going to shoot me in cold blood? It's not very sporting, not just style... not the Mandalorian way.
-You gave up our ways, remember?
-For you... I'll make an exception. Just like ol' times, Fett! You and me, man to man, face to face! Only now we do this to the death! May the best man win.
-I AM the best. Always was.
-We'll see about that...
Any chance this could appear on Spotify? Perhaps I’m biased, but this already was one of the most epic and memorable Star Wars compositions for me growing up, and somehow...just somehow...it’s 10x better with this one. This is the way indeed.
