Not my favorite on television but I'm certain he would be a blast just chatting at the pub. Then again, I'm also an American expat in Britain so ... I probably hear his tone and delivery a bit differently. You know how it is when you bump into your own countrymen abroad.
The Sound of Music is called "Sonrisas y Lagrimas" (smiles and tears) in Spanish. And Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid is called "Dos Hombres y un Destino". No I don't know why they had to do any of that either.
I contest the origin of origami, as stated in this episode. In literature from the Heian period, Japan, (circa 1,000 AD), there are frequent references to "folded letters", which many Japanese scholars believe was the rudimentary beginnings of what became an elaborate art.
Not exactly what was said. It was a Japanese art. But as stated modern origami originated from Germany. . The Japanese starred absorbing the European version into their own version. ..
@@spacewarpphotography1667 I haven't seen wizard of Ox, Casablanca, Gone with the Wind, The Exorcist, The Birds, Psycho That Christmas thing (Wonderful Life?) and dozens more. Never seen GOT, The Tudors, or LOTR either. Some of us are living Lives, not wasting them watching fake ones. Lol

NO, Apples ARE mentioned in the bible! I remember, one of the Proverbs goes: "Words of wisdom are as apples of gold in settings of silver." WHERE ARE MY POINTS?!?!
Funny, it was about Apples according to the "Garden of Eden" and that there is no mention there. Were they in Eden during Proverbs? Or are you trying to make your fantasy book fit once again?🤣 Btw, Harry Potter blesses you muggle
@jb888888888 how do I know they are crap. Simple. I've heard enough of the crap songs from them and had to sit through parts of them . That was enough for me to form my own opinion that I personally think they are crap. It doesn't help that I generally hate musicals and stage shows.. if I want to watch a film I shall do so. If I want singing and prancing around I shall watch a video of a song from the hit parade. But not combined.
I love Rich so much. He doesn't say much, but he's always hysterical

Rich Hall is hilarious.. It's always nice to see him back on QI😂 Man with the Golden Gun, Boogie Nights.. potato, potahto😂😂
I haven't seen Rich Hall in ages. Apparently he has a second career in the UK according to Google. He is still super funny.
He was on QI many times with Stephen... 😮😅
He’s in the UK because he married a British woman.
That's so weird because despite being American I've ONLY seen him on Brit programs. I didn't know he was even on the board over here.
Das Boot, Quality😄

Its like that... but only with a tune.
Around 7:00 the video freezes for a bit and resumes after skipping content.
Same at 23:38 ish
ive noticed that on a few other full episodes of QI. wondering if its meant to be an ad that doesnt play.
@@darrenhiggins2133Maybe, but that doesn't account for the missing footage. I'd say it is more likely a video encoding issue.
Same for me. PLEASE fix these uploads.
Likely a copyright bypass
Why does this video (and some others) keep freezing??
To annoy you

Not really, I just gave it a 'thumbs down', and quit, and watch another video that doesn't....😀
Not gonna lie, I have a HUGE crush on Sandi! ❤❤
Is it me, or is there a delay in the middle of all recordings in 2021
Sandi, Susan, Holly, Lucy. I love them all, but then I'm easy like that.
It's ok, Josh. I haven't seen Sound of Music, either. Or Swiss Family Robinson. Yet, somehow, we still live.😊
I know someone who has never seen The Wizard of Oz. Nothing surprises me in this category anymore.

I still don't understand why the Qi videos lag sometimes
Copyrights bro. Yt has ai that can scan for this plus just corporations are always looking for infringements
Hey guy who liked my comment hope you’re enjoying the episode! I’m watching too n just saw the notification lol
Fort Lauderdale Hollywood?? to the Florida Everglades?😂
Josh's opening: Beethoven's 5th
And Alan goes: It's time to play the music...🤣
oh hey look, you got 50% of the joke
To quote Fawlty "... subject, the bleeding obvious..."
Rich, still top of Google search followed by the dormitory...
For a show about facts they forgot to look up "how to throw a boomerang"

Susan, is it possible we can see your hairy toes somewhere in the Director's Cut of The Lord of the Rings?
Was Susan’s buzzer a ripoff of the Godzilla theme?
No, it's the beginning of Scheherazade, a large orchestral work by Rimsky Korsakov, written in 1888. The Godzilla theme is probably a ripoff of that.
