I currently have the c38-92 on my rsx. Would it be better to get this or the C38r-112? I have a fully built k24 rated for 1000hp and it's currently making approx 550 with the c38-92.
The C38R-122 is designed to flow more than the C38R-112, but it won't make as much boost pressure. So you won't have the boost pressure to allow more air into the engine and the supercharger will surge. Unless your K-series (or any engine really) is capable of +350hp NA, then we recommend sticking with the C38R-112.

And you are sure this would lose power on a Honda K vs. C38R112?
