oṃ tāre tuttāre ture sarva vidyā avarṇā ye bhye phaṭa svahā
ओं तारे तुत्तारे तुरे सर्व विद्या अवर्णा ये भ्ये फट स्वहा ॥
This Black tara mantra is consecrated primarily for your sadhana ( spiritual ) purpose, kindly do not take this merely as entertainment and listen like a robot.
Although listening is better than not doing anything at all,
but the primary purpose of my sharing this mantra is to give you guidance to chant along, music accompaniment has been limited only to guidance only, voice is louder.
May her divine energy protect you all from any intentional as well as non-intentional dark energies and bless you with Abundance.

My understanding is this Mantra is associated with Green Tara...Black Tara's Mantra is: OM TARE TUTTARE TURE PAKA KHANDRA KHANDRA PHAT SVAHA. Am I wrong here?
The Black Tara mantra that I learnt as part of the 21 Tara Atisha tradition is Om Tare Tuttare Ture Sarva Vidya Avarnaye Bhye Phat Svaha. There are, however, other traditions. Perhaos the mantra you quote is from one of those. I've not come across it before so I don't know it's provenance.

Do as per your instructions during initiations if you are not initiated than make a self commitment to do this Sadhana from 21 days to 3 months, 9 months or 21 months, and try to do 108 chants daily if possible 2 times if not in the morning 🙏🏽
