Since it is not a fast-growing tree, we rarely encounter Inumaki of this size.
It is a material that is often used in Shurijo Castle in Okinawa because it is resistant to water and does not rot.

Elegant is good description .very nice grain pattern ,not really any knots in this specimen either. Is it related white pine family or yellow pine? Doesn't look sappy as most yellow pine
they have very dangerous work practises in this place!!!!.
