Omg! The amount of complete dolls is insane! I’m happy for you that the collector took such good care of those dolls. (- the glue seepage which sadly can’t be helped 😭) I am manifesting something like this to happen to me as I am pretty new to collecting 🙏🤞
@@ldamida Oh good! Sometimes getting the glue out is a struggle, I’m glad you got it all out!! I started collecting about 4 months ago! I had a few dolls still from when I was a kid (probably 7 dolls, thankfully I didn’t get rid of them) but I’m slowly getting more :) I have 25 dolls right now
I was thinking, while watching, if youre maybe german and then I got hit by the "boah ihh". Very funny to me, very nice video, Im always happy seeing fellow collectors
im so jealous, I started collecting g3 and g1 in march but I grew up with it cuz im a guy and my parents wouldnt buy them for me so my collection isnt big. The doll I want most is honey swamp and you got it so cg!
Omg, what a cute and complete collection I would like to find something like that one day, even if I really dislike Elissabat, I really loved all the other dolls, hopefully you're happy with them!!
For the glue seepage, I personally use both baby powder then let it sit for a few minutes/hours then use warm/hot water mixed with washing powder then let the dolls head rest for hours then washes them off 1-2 times with shampoo and conditioner then it’s usually all good! Also nice find 😊😊
@@Creepix.Productions Thank you sm!! 💕 I found it on Vinted, it had been up 12 months at that point :,) I still can't believe that nobody was quicker than me
Sounds kinda weird but try mayonnaise it works real good at getting rid of glue seepage. Just massage some into the dolls hair real good .Then wash thoroughly with dish soap .I have had real good results 😂
@@victimred2861 Damn I never heard of it, it does kind of sound like food waste - So nothing for me 😬💕 I use some glue remover and it works perfectly fine :>
Congratulations! I am so happy for you! 🥰I was wondering how you go about getting rid of glue seepage. I bought a bunch of dolls from ebay not knowing about glue seepage. I finally think i figured out how to get rid of it. I use goo-gone let it soak into their hair then i shanpoo it with hand soap or Dawn dish soap and rinse with warmish water not too hot not too cold then repeat until i get out the glue out. Then i condition it. I have heard of many ways to do this and i am always interested in learning new ways. Thanks so much for your video🥰It was really fun and the look on your face when you found Elissabat was priceless 💖💖
I use a Glue Remover for labels (It's an Adhesive removee) and massage that in, then leave it for 5-30 minutes (depending on the case) and then I do my normal hair routine 💕
where do you find people selling their collections i love monster high and i want to get someone's collection because i don have any of my old dolls anymore
On Vinted, Facebook Marketplace and other second hand platforms 💕 Finding a whole collection for a good price is hard though, I was just insanely lucky :,)
@@ldamida cause I own her with all her accessories and I still have her box (I dont want to sell her, but I would like yo know') also do u know the conversion to USD? I live in America
Hi, can you share how to fix glue seepage? I have tried oxiclean method and it kinda works but never fully cleans it :( btw congrats for the amazing find and great video i enjoyed it sm i was in disbelief too when you kept pulling complete dolls so happy for you!
@@aitanaginer6336 I will make a video about it at some point keep an eye on my Insta, I'll probably post it there 💕 Any Adhesive remover will do, I use one from hardware store that you usually use to get rid of stickers. It stinks like hell, and I always wear a mask and gloves using it. I massage it into the dry hair, let it sit for about 5-15 minutes (depending on the amount of glue seepage) and then wash it out with water. Most people use goo-gone, I personally just didn't wanna buy something from the usa I hope I could help you, I'm glad you enjoyed my video 💕
Baby powder has worked wonders for me, I massage it throughout all the hair and leave it on a few hours, then I rinse and it’s gone. Another thing I do it’s putting powder inside their heads and leave it there, forever😂 Don’t know if this really helps but I’ve done this with all my dolls who had glue seepage and it never came back, soooo
w-2 is what works best for me. i spray it directly onto the scalp. massage it in. let it sit. then brush it through the hair and then wash it. sometimes i need to do this several times depending on how bad it is. but it makes it super super soft
