Hey man, 2 years later and this is still such a goated video. I got mine to go almost static less on 88.1 since mine doesn’t go down below 88 but I guess that’s what you get for getting a transmitter from Walmart for 10 bucks.
Thank you so much. My Bluetooth was on 87.9 and my car was on 87.7 so I changed my Bluetooth to 87.7 but it was still a little staticy so I went with 93.1 on both 😊
My BT receiver doesnt go under 88.1. Apparently anything under that is also TV channel 6, so any transmitter that complies with FCC regulations don't go under 88.1. My understanding may be a bit off though, correct me if I'm wrong
Thank you for this! I'll definitely be trying this out! My FM Transmitter sounds great for the most part, but it does have a bit of static. I've been messing with the audio to try to get the cleanest sound but I just couldn't get it to sound very good. It may also be because my car is like 26 years old. I'm still going to try this out though
@krayzietj1223 I believe my car has Aux. I may have to try that. I do also like the transmitter because I can skip or replay songs without my eyes leaving the road. Still, I will have to try Aux as well. Thank you
Hello,is it possible to use it also as a fm radio ?because my original transmiter or antena is a bit rusted and i don t have a good signal for the local radio stations?!
That’s interesting how are you all get static in your reception of these little transmitters while I hear them cause interference and blank over radio stations that I try to listen to in my car at two car lengths away. I’m thinking about setting up a 4 watt exciter in my vehicle, so the next time I hear hip hop take over what I’m listening to, then I’ll just fire up and take over reception with death metal.
@@thetundraman5379 in most cases it’s not the car that’s the problem. Mostly it is bad or faulty transmitter i have tried about 3 or 4 on my car and 3 worked really good but one had a lot of static and problems.
bass and treble have nothing to do with it legend dude you pulling my leg right bass is the low side of the eq and treble is the high side fadders turn front or rear speakers 🤣
hey my volume doesn’t go as high as it used to , is there a way to make it go louder? both the transmitter and radio are to the max but it doesn’t go as loud as it used to
Dudes you said 87.1 ? That channel doesn’t exist I’m still having the static problem and when you mention 87. One in the video it doesn’t show 87. 1that shows 88.1 points so I don’t understand please explain
I Haven't Used The FM Transmitter All The Time, But I've Used It, All I Need To Do Is Select The FM Station What You Want To Choose, Once You Selected The FM Station, You Can Listen To Your Favorite Music On The FM Transmitter On The Road.
@@hangye1605 apologies I meant to say Aux cord in conjunction with the Bluetooth. So insert the Aux cord into the socket and stream from there instead of pure bluetoothe
What about radio changes frequency byitself after connection? Mine is doing it i don't know why. I selected same blank frequency but after playing for 10 sec car radio changes automatic. Even i preset my channel still have same issue.
this is garbage lol. Your transmitter doesn't go to 87.1, and bass and treble have nothing to do with the radio signal. These things just work better in some places than others, that's it. Only some allow for sub 88.0 frequencies. I live near Vancouver, near the Washington border. It's a dense area with lots of stations, and it's just not a great place for them, unless you have a transmitter with international mode to reach sub 88.0 frequencies. But even that isn't static free depending where you live. If you have too much static, the best option honestly is to just buy a decent bluetooth speaker, and play your phone's music through that. Some of them sound pretty damn good compared to a cars audio system, albeit mono. Or you can get stereo bluetooth speakers for stereo.
I’m usually in my same area but you’ll just have to listen for audio issues and change stations depending on the area. They’re more reliable than you’d think though.
@@user-sw9ng5jy1n hey, honestly, if you live in an area with too much radio traffic, its really hard to get these to work consistently on any station. The best solution I found, is to simply use a bluetooth speaker to play your music. They cost some money, and the sound is mono (unless you get a bluetooth stereo pair of speakers), but it still sounds really good, especially versus a static signal. And then you don't have to worry about it dropping out, and the signal is perfect 100% of the time no matter where you live. Battery life on these speakers is usually very good. Mine goes about 20 hours of playing audio before I need to charge it.
First off you know nothing about audio if you don’t even know how to say bass and don’t know what the rest of it means. Secondly what’s the point of listening to music if there’s no bass or treble. That’s what makes music music.

I did the same shit , got mine from Walmart for 10 bucks and static away it go … made me mad fr
There is a static filter or modulator you can apply. Sometimes it is the alternator etc. Or grounding in head unit.
88.1 is perfect for me…. My little device couldn’t get 87.9 for some reason.
Thanks for sharing
U saved me probably 2 hours of grunting and pure frustration. Thank u and thank op for the idea
This absolutely fixed my problem, thanks man!

87.9 is the golden station for no static.
But i didnt find 87.9 in mine

These are great, but the only caveat is that they are mono, not stereo. I will use this until I replace my head unit.

Just get an aux you get better quality with aux. Aux cord will always be king

Would this work on an 08 rav 4, also what car are you using in this vid? Does this work for all cars is basically my question
Mine doesn't go below 88, I have the KM30

If i just look up all the local radio stations frequencies and avoid them would that also work?
I'm in the san Diego area and I'm using 90.9. I tried all the other ones and they sucked. So Getty up son!
Thank you so much this worked for me I had to stay on 88.2 tho
88.1 worked perfectly for me there was no 87.9 on the dial
Yeah definitely not turning my bass to negative lol. I like my kickers 😅
You still get your bass, you just turn it up from the knob on the transmitter.
you're just cutting out the bass content of the static but the static is still there. This was a naïve solution.
So is it possible to run single sun using fm transmitter till I get my new radio ?
This absolutely fixed it OMG
Turning the bass and treble all the way down is not solving the noise problem it is only turning Down the volume of the bass and treble
88.1 is far better than 87.5, thanks for the tip
