This is all well and good and I’ve known about it for a long long time- but how is it actually put into practice in a practical everyday way-?? That is the part that trips me up- these speeches are flowery and beautiful and profound- but when you’re talking to the cleaning lady or the cashier at the grocery store it kinda goes out the window 🤷🏼♀️
