Two way different gameplay experiences. If you want realism in gameplay, Battlefield is and always has been the place to go. CoD is more arcade. But the best battle royal is Minecraft Hunger Games.
why do I exist? The gun sounds in Bf1 and bf5 spunds weird to me, it’s like all the tuns hace this «plop» ,»splatt» or «bloop» sound to them.
I hear footsteps in exact locations in blackout here and apex the same..get new headphones.

Batlefield 5 introduces a storm in which you really don't wanna be. The way everything breaks down around you, the sound of the fire, the effects, your charachter screaming in pain as he burns... It's quite a decision to make to stay or not in the firestorm to loot supply points sometimes.

Blackout looks like' bf in low graphic setting !
BF5 firestorm is somewhat interesting and playable. Especially considering BF has better gunplay / mechanics / servers than PUBG. Blackout in the other hand falls behind Apex:Legends, no reason to play Blackout when there is Apex.
I have both and weapons attachments aside, bf5 is superior in every way, and way more intense because of the atmosphere, it's the only battle royale I enjoyed lol

@@stavex245 i think it takes too much time to manage all possible attachments. Also scopes are already pretty op in the base game (if you can snipe that id ofc) and i think it will get too campy when people can just attach a scope to whatever weapon they want. Just some speculation tho.

@@Twisty757 most people don't want actual realism in their shooter games. Cod just feels more responsive and its a twitch shooter. Battlefield has always had way better graphics so this is nothing new. They are just too different to be able to compare the way people like you do to them. I play both but i like cod better. I don't care much about the better graphics I'd rather have a more responsive gunplay and i like to move faster.
I respect both games. I play battlefield 5 though. Bo4 looks like fun.

With the state of looting in Firstorm, I'm honestly glad there's no attachments yet. Imagine the chaos of hunting down a small optic or something in that mess of piled loot. You can barely pick up a weapon or ammo without picking up the wrong item. I hope they fix this because it's the only thing that keeps me from playing Firestorm more. Don't know why they didn't go for an Apex style of loot. With Firestorm's rarity system, Apex's loot system would be a perfect fit.

Bf5’s firestorm doesn’t allow people to see through which is good if you want to get in the zone without being shot by someone waiting for you.
Now I could be wrong but Bf5’s map has different types of locations for example snow. You can go to those areas to get the experience you want.

Firestorm is good but looting system is a mess. Also, I would like to see more houses, interest points, more guns. The map looks beautiful but sometimes it feels empty. Anyway, is pretty fun and looks promising

I think bfv is already built for br all they need is a few things they got to fix. Like looting dead bodies in the middle of a battlefield field isn’t hard enough. They just need to make it so we can pull up a menu of everything in the vicinity.

BFV best battle royal I’ve played tbf and I’ve played the majority of them but that’s just my opinion
As far as healing goes in BF I’m fairly certain once you start healing you don’t have to keep the syringe out and go right back to your weapon instead of looking at the healing screen
Thats right. But the thing i find awkward is having to swap to the syringe as if its a seperate weapon. It feels very odd. I prefer the hotkey pressandhold healing in cod
I think it’s soo much better in bf. you don’t have to hold the syringe just poke yourself and put it away while u heal. I usually poke myself and then repair an armor plate. Then poke then plate repeat.
Maclues ikr! You can just use it and it heals itself. It's way more practical than having to hold a button for 5 seconds. Btw also on ps4

They don't even compare at all and considering Apex Legends is fairly newer and became more popular than Fortnite did (in a much smaller timespan), Blackout is completely irrelevant, so there's no point in comparing any BR game or mode to any other BR... Yet people still do it.
@@SlawBunnies909 blackout and firestorm are the 2 most "military style" BR. They're very much so comparable because they're both of the BR genre with a military gameplay, the only difference being era. The other BR games aren't nearly as comparable, except maybe PUBG(but i haven't really played that to say what it is closely related to if any).

Treyarch had to do a ton of major downgrades to visuals for Blackout making it easily the worst looking CoD on next gen. CoD engine just isn't built for such massive modes. Dice meanwhile was able to make Firestorm without any noticeable downgrades due to the power of the Frostbite engine.
Battlefield's mechanics just feel much better for a BR. CoD's pacing and arcade weapon mechanics just don't feel good for a BR. Shooting full auto weapons that have no recoil at people bunny hopping while running at 20 MPH at long range just doesn't feel right for a BR, and that's just my biggest complain for Blackout.
I also much prefer the BfV map. Although Blackout has a ton of iconic WaW and BO locations, between them is just flat planes with maybe a few rolling hills or forests. Firestorm's map just feels much better and offers a ton more variety between locations. There's also more to do in Firestorm. Blackout has the few zombie locations that will spawn zombies if the box is there, and it spices things up a little but not a whole lot. In Firestorm, you have resupply points that you have to hold and defend to get high tier loot and of course the vehicle lockups in the bunkers. It just adds a whole lot more things to do during a match while drawing squads together and creating more combat during a match.
I'm a much bigger CoD fan and have much more time on it, but Bf's mechanics combined with the map design, graphics, sound design, and objectives just make Firestorm a much better BR experience.

You didn't miss much. I just played BFV for a week and I've come to the conclusion that 4 is still better. The gunplay and gameplay in general seems to have gotten worse from 4 to 1 to 5. Shooting a weapon in BF5 just feel straight disgusting and is not good. It really plays like an arcade game.

In blackout, when using the wingsuit you can aim directly below you and pull up for some added momentum. This helps reach farther areas than usual

I only played a free weekend of Blackout but it seems to have a much better map with more unique locations than Firestorm. It felt a lot smoother to pick up items and manage your inventory too. But otherwise i prefer Firestorm because it suits my gameplay style more
Firestorm is the only BR that i like. We are in 2019 and the only BR game that feels like that is firestorm.

I enjoy Apex and Firestorm. Apex is just a fresh game to me while Firestorm mixes that great Bf feel and gameplay with BR. I enjoy both largely due to map design. Neither game feels empty or boring. Apex has a bunch of unique locations that are choked off giving the game great pacing and lots of combat. It's unlike all the previous BRs that offer some unique locations but between them is 2km of emptiness made up of either flat planes or slightly rolling forests . Firestorm is a largely blank map made up of lots of forests, but there's a ton of gameplay variety in the design of these forests whether due to elevation differences and whatnot. BfV also offers a ton of things to do such as the resupply points and vehicle bunkers to draw combat together.
I enjoy PUBG a lot too, but the devs don't give 2 shits about the community. They'd rather continue to make unoptimized and unplayable maps than fix the bugs that are constantly dragging you down. What the hell as Bluehole been doing with all that money???
I think that the lack of customization on guns in firestorm is a good feature. It not only speeds up looting but it pushes players to be more tactical with the range they approach enemies in.

-more lag,
-body sink to the ground when you die
-vehicles felt like there is always a flat tire when u run it (at least that how i felt when i play)
-running mechanics feels exactly like bf1 but except u r running with a broken leg
-gun sound may sound good, but too many hiccups when u shoot it
-Just very sloppy in terms of gameplay mechanics
Blackout:
-More smooth (if not the most smoothest BR game)
-bigger map
-more players
-a nice mixture of long range battles and CQC

Well get a good gaming rig and also bo4 is unoptimized as hell it consumes more than 12 gb of ram and there is more frame drop on PC like on my rig it ranges from 40-100.
It's just not well optimized and smooth would be an antognistic word for it's current state.

Im a little suprised you didnt touch on the looting system. When you loot in CoD the items drop in a countainer by the corpse and using the game’s inventory system youre able to to pick up and swap items easily. In battlefield however, items just kind of shoot out on the ground right next to each other. This makes it really though to be able to pick up what you want fast in end game.
Hate the looting in firestorm
Kind of gives it that feeling of immersion tho. You don’t just kill someone and a box just pops out with a full of loot. You have to go through the items and carefully pic up what you need and go.

Yeah I'm with ya there. Battle Royale has oversaturated the market, and it is tiring. However, I will say that Firestorm is enjoyable even though I am tired of BR. I feel like Firestorm has the right amount of action to keep it engaging and less of a running simulator.

Nice vid. Two things. There is an offensive vehicle in Blackout and the syringe in Firestorm does not need to be held until the animation is complete. Meaning, you can hit the syringe and switch back to a gun and continue to heal.
I would honestly choose BFV just because of the graphics superiority and just because I like the way the game feels and plays.

To be fair tho, the engine for CoD rarely do gigantic levels. For Treyarch to pull a BR with that engine is very impressive.
About the attachments you've mentioned earlier you've to consider that BF V has a way different era variations. So, for me personally playing this game I do not expect such a big variety of attachments, mods, scopes, etc. It is good the way it is, also it is worth it to be said here that interacting vehicles are a big plus for the game, therefore makes the game more competitive. In conclusion, I do consider Battlefield far better than the actual CoD.
I agree with everything you say exept the medpack in Firestorm. I think the medpack in Firestorm is superior to any other BR game. We take the syringe and it will gradually heal us, and we are able to do other actions in the mean time waiting for our next time to heal. Compared to the hold/press button and beeing defenseless for some seconds in other Battle Royales.
The problem I have with it is the fact that you need to swap to it like it's a separate weapon. it feels clunky.
Up one D-pad on ps4 is pretty quick and seamless imo
@@Nick930 Well, it kinda is a seperate weapon. A weapon that heals insted of kills XD And with the medpack we can heal teammates to! I am a medic main in every Battlefield and even in Firestorm i go around and heal my squad. Such an nice addition! :)

Because Fortnite is dead kid. It's just full of PC tryhards that make it impossible to get good at the game, the gameplay is so repetitive and nobody even talks about it anymore. Apex is fresh and there is some equality to it in gameplay not making it impossible to win a round and the art style is so much better than Fortnite, and sure while PUBG gets very repetitive from time to time it can still be much more fun than god forsaken Fortnite.
my favorite battle royale is still minecraft hunger games tho.

I haven’t even played firestorm and I know it’s better because it’s impossible not to be.
Firestorm is more like Pubg with certain elements that makes the game more thrilling and surprising. Call of duty is just a standard BR mode with no added benefits.
That's just ignorance. In Call of duty, there's more variety of how you can move around the map. There's the Grapple hook, Skulker perk(Crouch with fast speed), cars, and helicopters. It's more hectic and graphics don't really mean a big thing. There's more attachments, hell you can skydive anywhere you want to which makes it fun.

One very important detail about gameplay he forgot to mention is the amount of tactical elements within the mode, the lighting in firestorm really allows the player to move stealthily through a tree line or in the shadows, the storm is also much better in firestorm due to the fact it is legitimately terrifying, as it should be edit: forgot to mention one big flaw within firestorm, when you kill another player the loot will more often than not drop ontop of another piece of loot, for example say you were out of armor plates but the person you killed had 3, there’s a decent chance that when you walk up to his body the armor plates will be covered by rifle ammo or a lower tear backpack that you can’t pick up making the armor borderline un retrievable

I think it would be cool if one of these games made you actually disconnect from the canopy and parachute harness. There's a few steps to it and I'm surprised not one facet of it has ever been incorporated into any BR.
