Loa is best healing process if anyone is suffering from depression. After applying loa I m out from depression. Still I m on my way of manifesting some very big "unbelievable" things in my life. Depression..its a familiar word in my life since last few years..now m in a stage ,I m thinking of suicide...life has become hell..life is nothing to me
Don't go in wrong direction @sadhana. It happens when we add so much resistance to "a particular thing" may be a person,to our dreams etc.... Focus on yourself is the key to release depression. It's nothing it's just a word when we r too much sad. But always remember sadness is just a feeling ND a choice that we create. We all have issue in our life. Main thing is how we deal with it...Take care good luck.

Similar was my story where I didn't want to do my master's in the institute where I did my bachelor's.. I was depressed too and at that point I came across your channel.. I practiced gratitude, writing journals and did meditation.. Suyash, I was healing. My master degree results were so far the best and even my professors appreciated me for my work.. Juniors tell me that I inspire them.. I am improving, I am changing, people appreciate me.. And right now I am doing my PhD in the same Institute.. Synchronicity!! I was so sad from past two days. So I was watching TH-cam videos on depression etc from morning.. and here it is your video related to the same topic. Universe is trying to help me from all possible ways.
See depression is very serious issue. Don't interchange with sadness. See coming out of sadness is easy if you follow LOA techniques. Depression is a illness , if you are not able to control yourself then definitely consult a doctor. If something stuck in your mind, and you are keep thinking and thinking and want to sleep a lot..and pretending everyone around you as nothing happened then this might be a depression.
And if you are sad , you can do following things Dress up nicely Wear makeup Listen songs on high volume De clutter your room and mobile Thankful for the things you already have. Our society needs more healers and peacemakers , so always use positive and encouraging words for people around you.
Omg ...seems like someone is telling my story ,exactly same..but I am just ahead of yours ..did masters and wanted to go for PhD but unfortunately had a gap ... suffering from depression trying to be happy and started using law of attraction..hope I will get admission to IISER Next year
