Very nice review! Precisely what I was looking for. For my purposes this pack should be perfect, although I definitely will get the Raptor as well. I'm an Osprey fan, there's no denying. I have an Atmos AG 65 and a Stratos 36. The quality, design and reliability of their products is amazing!
I'm considering upgrading to this from the Katari 3 for a little more storage capacity. Thanks for the info. Nice thing I've found about this series when commuting is the side pockets are sized and shaped to hold a typical smartphone securely. (iPhone 10 pro max in one side and similarly sized Android in the other)
Great video. I love it's size thus I ordered and promptly returned it for the Synchro 5 as my biggest concern with this pack is the openness of the bladder (it should be enclosed) as it can possibly lead to contamination.
Hi TJ! I personally haven’t experienced any contamination, as the bladder is completely sealed. Maybe a bit of dirt on the outside. But there is no way that the liquid could become contaminated. Thanks for watching!
It really depends on how hot it is and how much body heat you generate. I find it stays cold for about 1.5-2 hours but I usually finish it within that kind of time frame as well.
I ordered this in black and it was on sale! Im super excited to get it and try it out Im glad I ordered this brand instead of the camel pack
It is a pity that the backpack could hardly be seen, a tip for the next video, lower the camera a little or raise the product.
also load it with something & wear it on upper back as demo for size & fit.
Thanks for the review - thinking about using it for my multiple day roadbike tour next to on saddle and one handlebar bag.

Great review, do you know if those front mesh pockets could hold a 16.9 fl oz water bottle, or are the pockets too shallow?
I ordered this over the weekend. I can’t wait to get it. I also own the Aether 65 backpack so I’m kinda an Osprey fan.
Awesome just ordered the black one I was going to get the syncro 5 but I didn’t want a big bag but didn’t want a small bag, keep up the great content👍
Hey thank you for the review!
Totally awesome content man, keep it up! I have had my eye on this bag for a little while now and I think it might just be the right one :)
Thanks so much! I’m glad you enjoyed! It’s a great pack. I still use it often!

why is half the bag outside the picture frame?
How long would the reservoir keep the water cold? I'm curious to know.. Great video though!

@@robsridesmtb2176 Ahh that makes sense! Thanks Rob!!
Soldddd
can you fit an a4 folder where the water bladder is?
I would say no. It is a little too narrow. The Raptor 14 or even the next one up from that might suit your needs.
Appreciate the intent of your video but for most of the review the bags were 70% out of sight. Maybe next time.
Yes, you video need to be on the pack not you. Back up the camera
Can't see the pack and what you're referring to most of the time. Just your face.... Lol
