This is an excellent summary. However alas, as an accidental PM in my early career in 1983, to a certified pracricing PMP since 2003, this also reveals why Project Management has become a totally f-ed up mess. And why projects especially software projects get delayed all the time. Keep one thing in mind. If you don't track plan vs actual in a tool in numbers and graphs you are screwed. PMBOK describes this clearly but PMs are too lazy to follow it. For most medium to large projects MS Excel is good enough, provided you know how to use its awesome features.
This would depend on your project's nature, team structure, stakeholder expectations, etc., as well as the methodology being used. For example, traditional methodologies like Waterfall work best in the planning and initiation stages, while Agile methodologies like Scrum excel during the execution phase, allowing flexibility for changes. As covered in the video, Wrike supports various methodologies and phases, allowing flexibility to switch between or blend methods as needed. Hope that helps!
