They weren't, but another company picked up on the game and bought the right to it :) so they're producing the third game. Hopefully they stick to the same atmosphere! Excited for co-op!
The character that you're playing as is a little girl called *six* who doesn't belong in this place called *THE MAW*. Which is ran by the geisha (the lady that six killed and ate). If you wanna know how nomes are made you gotta play the dlc to find out. If you wanna know how the story goes! Little nightmares 2 is the prequel to Little nightmares 1 (Little nightmares 1 is the sequel to Little nightmars 2). I recommend playing the DLC before you play the second game (if you want to tho).

The cooks prep the bodies, like the meat you grinded to use as a rope (Although that might just be regular meat) and you get to this point where people are devouring the meat like crazy. The gnomes are a special kind of thing that I will not say but they are important too. There is some crazy lore in this game and the next. The Mirror lady is interesting because it looks like she started some of this trade and has a vanity issue. Cannot look at her own reflection and is quick as fuck. Probably this girls daughter or blood family. Highly recommend next game

The cool thing about this game that platform gameplay is just like big cover to threw you from the real meaning which is thinking about what this game is really about its like big mystery that you have to solve bc if you look around you will see that almost everything has a diffrent meaning that slowly is making you piece some theory around like nothing is what it supposed to be MAN I LOVE THIS GAME ❤️❤️
