Just look at Ayaka from Prototype, she was able to repel a Servant (Lancer/Cu) with her Witchcraft despite the fact that she actually sucks at it. And don't even get me started on all the stuff that characters like Medea, Tamamo, Abigail, Circe, and Sheba can do...
