The reason the Tim's keep respawning and blowing up is A: The "Ignite Everything" command, and B: The Tim respawns where you spawned it, because the Tim comes back after it explodes, in the closed building. The Tim's treat where you spawned them as the other building, ready to explode again.
the tim spawner is still kinda buggy laumania changed something so the old one didnt worked anymore comodo is using the pre-release version so its basicaly just a beta version we put out to have a basic working one again will add a fix soon / fire all has a delay of 1milisec per firework at the moment we had it faster but it was just to much but there will be an ignite tool soon where you can set up diffrent delays randomizer functions and so on

The tim is programmed to respawn back where it spawned in the shop when you blow it, so when you spawn in a tim party each one will respond where you spawned it.

I'm the guy that made the mod. You have found the hotkeys, but you still need to enable the tools. The flamethrower tool can set fire to bushes, houses and the gas station, the cloning machine tool can clone everything that you can pick up with the physics tool and the delete tool can delete everything. There are also a bunch of buggy tools that don't work, but they're in the buggy tab. I unfortunately couldn't add any things to existing game menus without official mod support, so you don't see it in the tool menu. The mod also has a lot of different features, but you can explore them yourself.
the delete tool deletes what you're looking at, the Tim's always respawn where you placed them, you can delete everything you can pick up with the physics tool using the infinity gauntlet.

I’m pretty sure when you “spawn” a Tim, it acts like the Tim in the pawn shop, and it creates a respawn point for the Tim’s, hence the auto respawn. You’re probably just out of range for the lightning particles.
