I’m so grateful that I am able to reflect on my failed plans the way that I do in this video especially when I chose to hideaway and not face the world, coming out of isolation I’m able to shed light on dealing with letting go of your resentments, especially the unjust weight your mind has put on it that has caused even more damage. You can handle whatever issue you’re facing, first step is accepting your state and taking the essential time your body and your mind needs. Know that it’s empowering to own that.
