I'm beginner... 16 cords each 153cm, so we need 32 cords for both side of bag? Thank you...🙏

Hi! You need 16 of 153cm cords. 8 in the front, 8 in the back. Fold each cord in half and attach to the rings and 16cords becomes 32 cords to work with. 😄
