Thank you for the update on your trip to Edinburgh. I really enjoyed all your videos! That was quite interesting on the eyebrow tattooing. I was curious about how that works. 🤔 Your eyebrows look great, by the way. 👍😊 and I must say, you have beautiful facial features. As far as the results of your trip, as they say, “Keep Calm and Carry On”.
Thank you 🙂 It's really easy and its pretty good results that last a few days, especially if you have quite sparse eyebrows. Thanks! It's strange because I was the ugly duckling in the family. We all used to say, my sister and cousins got the looks and I got all the brains 😅 Exactly that, and carry on I shall! ✨
@@Plainlyhayley Thank you so much for replying to my comment. That’s really sweet of you.🩷I was thinking, now you have the brains and looks,😊and you turned into a “Swan”👍. A positive way of looking at life! 🌸
First you have such beautiful skin Hayley, you did a great job on Michael's hair. Hotel was fab! The consultant's comments were odd especially as you are such a strong woman and everyone is allowed to feel anxious and overwhelmed by illness itself and by all the encounters with strangers and being away from home. I can't even began to imagine how frustrating it must be to be told 'you are not sick enough. You and Michael come across as such a lovely couple. Warms my heart to see you support each other.
Thank you! I thought so too, he come across a little rude and kept mentioning me being Scottish as what seemed negatively. I've done everything and more asked of me and without complaint so I was a little taken aback. Its a good and bad thing, but I just try see the positive in it and go with the flow! Thank you! we just are ourselves whole heartedly and we love that everyone enjoys us, so thank you so much 😊✨
None of what you heard on your second day in the hospital is easy to hear. That fine line between benefit and risk is such a difficult thing to navigate. But as you said yourself, you will keep doing what you are doing and keep yourself as healthy as you can, enjoy day to day life and fill it with love and positivity. You are an amazing young woman not because you have this lung condition but because of who you are in yourself!
Exactly that, I can only do the best I can. Very true, that's absolutely what the plan is, just to enjoy everything I have in life 🙂 Thank you very much 🤗✨
Bit late in message…sorry! Just in case I got this wrong…..are you still being kept a check on by Newcastle (maybe from a distance …tests in Inverness/Edinburgh) in terms of ….if they think you have worsened in lung function, they will consider the transplant? Or, have they said, no, think risks too high and leave well alone and won’t keep a check on you? ……probably me being tired when watching! I do wonder why the consultant said you need to be a strong Scottish lass…….you are that already! You are less likely to moan about your situation than most and quietly get on with life even when feeling ghastly….. hoping the increased oxygen concentration helps you feel better and the chest infection clears.
yes, so, i'm still on the radar of sorts with the transplant team in Newcastle, and they still want regular updates and tests done from Inverness to keep a check of things. yep so they want to sort of leave it as absolute long as possible before considering the active list just because of how high risk the surgery for me is, and because of that obviously they don't want to " steal " away time from me. I thought so too! i've done everything asked of me and more and all without complaint. I felt he had a bit of an issue with me maybe being Scottish, he did have a few remarks to make, but who am I to argue with the person in control of making a huge decision about my life! It definitely has, I find doing things around the house quite a lot easier. Thank you ✨
I’m glad your trip to Newcastle is over. You handled it beautifully! Now you can focus on your wedding! 😘💞💫
Thank you so much 😊
I can and i'm so happy and looking forward to getting stuck into all the planning! ✨
You are such a strong, positive, lovely girl 😆
Thank you 😊✨
