Kathal-800 gm
Onion 🧅 4 medium size
Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoon
Dahi-150 gm
Oil-as your requirement
Green chilli 8,9
Green coriander leaves -one handful
Lemon 🍋
Ginger 1 tablespoon cut in Julian shape
Aata /maida-2,3 tablespoon
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder -half teaspoon
Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder -half teaspoon
Tatri- little bit
NAHARI MASALA
coriander seeds 2 tablespoon
Saunf-2 tablespoon
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Green cardamom 3, 4
Clove 3, 4
Daalcheeni stick
Javetri - 1 flower
Bay leaves 2
