Love your videos. As a consumer, I find them quite illuminating & think it's a terrific idea. I would love to see you deconstruct a Balenciaga garment. Otherwise, a mainline Fear of God tee would be great to compare with the Essentials video given the price differential between the two.

lol every time I see a brand putting 'dry clean only' on all cotton product, it's really just a disclaimer that the fabric is not stable enough to withstand what cotton suppose to take.

The ERL Swirl Hoodie would be interesting to see taken apart! Due to interesting contruction and the brand being so new yet the price being relatively high.

Hey, really love this video series! Super informative. Could you also do a review for high-end techwear brand like Veilance or Acronym? After your Lululemon video I'd love to know how the frame tee Veilance makes stacks up!

I think Balenciaga would be really cool to take a look at, it's really expensive but I am quite interested considering they have a pretty thick fabric for their tee's along with the process of printing.

I honestly tend to find that the "zebra pattern" you can see on the backside always indicated a nicer fabric rather than a sterile factory one. it gives it a more organic feel, has better stretch and hand touch. it depends on the market, but I think for luxury, it shouldn't have the precision that $5 tees have in their fabrics - and honestly programming the machines to have this intentionally is in itself more difficult.
great video - I was also wondering, does the neck taping also reinforce the stitching with the rib, or does it not help that?

There are slub knit tees where the pattern is intentional, you'll notice it with little knots (slubs) that give the fabric texture!
Luxury tees definitely need to demand a completely different level of quality control!
The neck taping will definitely reinforce. It also provides more structure for the shirt. But the main purpose is to cover the seam for comfort!

In a future video, may I suggest a Phillip Plein t shirt? They sell for around $1,000 🤯

You should do a lady white co or camber break down. Arguably the best made in the USA knitwear

Hell naw would I pay that shit! I'd rather be all over panda buy, buying up all the reps. This younger generation is on some game goofy shit in my opinion. Money runs the world, not clout. I'd rather have the same quality without the $350 mark up. I'm subbin rn my dude. I'm gunna need to slide out to China and talk game with these suppliers.
