Look at the customer submitted pictures on the website and I think you will find it isn't as bad as it is in this video.
First thing I noticed. I prefer a black tip but I like the MBRP sound. These though seem low.

The measurable gain is for the ears.

Why the hell is the exhaust hanging so low? Hope its not by design, or the design sucks.
It has clamps and you can rotate the muffler up and down. They just did a horrible install apparently.
how does the truck sound in v4 mode?? the 5.0 now has cyclinder deact
Turn it to Sport mode and don’t worry about cylinder deactivation 😂
